Verizon Wireless / Cell-Vision

Don’t trust this place. They sell phones «CPO» phones that’s are certified pre owned phones. These are not new phones but they pass them off as such and usually charge as much as new phones, if not, just a little less. They even swap out the accessories that come in the box like chargers with others. Always double check yours is new when coming here. If it isn’t in the standard box and rather a white box, chances are it’s CPO.
Also, they have crappy accessories they buy for less than a dollar and try to sell them for $ 25 – 50 dollars. It’s all about making money off customers, not satisfaction here. Also, their salesmen push quotas for different models so they sell you on what they want, not what you need. You’re better off doing your own research and buying your own online or another store. If you don’t believe me, ask for an iPhone. They never sell them. They’ll say they’re out of stock and will get more later and try to sell you on another in the mean time. However, they don’t make commission off iPhones and so they don’t sell them altogether. How does a phone company not offer the number 1 selling phone on the market?
Literally they are friendly, but they are sharks. Pick anywhere else.
(Used to work here until they really pushed the CPO and I got sick of lying to good customers. Good people.)

Great verizon store. Knowledgable, helpful and really wanted what was best for me, not their sales. Helped me out tremendously with a few solutions, helped me figure out a game plan for when i can upgrade and I’ll be back instead of dealing with the annoying Verizon website! Thank you!!!
