Come here once in awhile when I am not in a cooking mood. I know what to expect, and am never disappointed. Service is freaky fast, order is always correct and restaurant is clean. No issues here!

The couple of times I have been here, the staff has not seemed the friendliest. They make decent sandwiches EXCEPT for one time when I went in at only about 7pm and the bread they used was super stale. Even though this one is closest to home, I’ll probably stop at a different location from now on.

I had a bug in my unwich from Jimmy Johns in Lisle. I used to order from here often but after this little guy in my food and all the excuses as to why it takes over an hour to get a sandwich, I will no longer order here.

Horrible customer service from manager Angie. She was rude and couldn’t tell us if our order went through. DO not order from here.

This is the worst Jimmy John’s I have ever ATTEMPTED to eat at. We ordered online and after 45 minutes of waiting we finally called and spoke to the manager Angie. She told us the restaurant had closed 10 minutes ago… even though we ordered way before that. We received the worst customer service from Angie and did not ever get our food. Will never eat there again.

Ok ok, I love Jimmy’s and he will always get a 5 star for his freaky fast/​yummy sandwiches.
But I am writing to thank the awesome employees there. Great customer service can be hard to come by and to find it at a fast food place was brilliant. They were friendly, fast, and fabulous. I showed up a few minutes after closing and they still welcomed me in with a smile. Not a grumble was heard (and I know how that is when people walk in after hours… sry guys) Props to you guys for just being awesome people and being kind. It takes so little effort; more people should have the work ethic you do!

I LOVE Jimmy John’s. Having gone to the wonderful and amazing University of Illinois in beautiful Urbana-​Champaign, I had Jimmy Johns long before you kids did (Mr. JJ hails from there), and was SO FREAKIN EXCITED when JJ made their way up north. This particular location is closest to my work and has been a stop for many a lunch and «eh eff it, I don’t wanna cook» dinners.
I’m not a vegetarian (I’m trying to be, tbh — working on de-​burger-​ifying myself) but I LIVE for the #13 on wheat. It has every possible delicious thing smashed between two slices of SUPER grainy wheaty delicious carbs. Fresh tomatoes, lettuce, sprouts, avocado spread, TONS of cheese. SO GOOD. GET IT. I also love the salt and vinegar Jimmy chips — they have that kettle cooked texture and a super delicious tang — and their chocolate chunk cookies where are the size of your FACE and packed with chocolate chips.
This particular Jimmy John’s provides all of my aforementioned favorites perfectly, quickly, and deliciously every time! The staff appear to be a bunch of bros who would probs prefer to be elsewhere but they are consistently polite, SO fast, and accommodating. The location is clean, bright, welcoming, and plastered with «hilarious» little signs and sayings.
Turning back out on to Ogden is a fate worse than death, but for FREAKY FAST AVOCADO AND CHEESE GET IN MY FACE, I’ll take my chances.

Love their #9. Italian Night Club, baby! So good, so fast. Big fan of their bread too. Cheers.

This was hands down the worst jimmy johns I’ve ever eaten. I have been to quite a few all over Illinois and this was worst. I ordered a big John (number 2) and when the delivery guy came, first he forgot two of the three sandwiches and then came back when we called. I open my sandwich and the lettuce is brown and there is only ONE slice of roast beef.
I would have called and asked for something else but I wasn’t very optimistic about their sandwich making skills anymore.
They need to shape up their service. Horrible.

I have been a fan so long that I remember when the day old bread was a nickel! ((It;s been at least 20 years.)

Bad service, sandwiches that don’t taste good. Freaky slow delivery during off-​peak times. Why bother. My current sandwich (the veggie) has almost no lettuce or cucubmbers on it. Ugh.

I love everything about jimmy johns. Love the bread, combinations on the sandwiches and the chips are thick and crunchy. How can you not love jimmy johns?

Freaky fast delivery my ass! It took them over an hour ro deliver my bloody food, and that was after i called there 2 times to see where the delivery driver was! I was also told upon ordering that the delivery girl did not have a cell phone so calling me upon arriving at my building would be impossible so they would call me when they left (did not happen) or we would need to be waiting for them. Well one hour later i get a call, after calling the store 2x, saying the driver managed to get a cell phone from someone and was 10 minutes away with our food, wtf? If i wanted to wait an hour for delivery i would have ordered a pizza or chinese food. Will have to order 2 hours ahead of time next time or find a new delivery place…
