McDonald’s

Do not EVER go to this McDonalds if you can avoid it! It is literally the WORST run restaurant I have EVER been to. The drive through regularly takes 30 – 45 minutes, and three times I’ve been there they’ve given my food to the wrong person and had to remake it! The employees are nice enough, but they literally don’t know how to run a McDonalds. So just keep driving and go to the Taco Bell/​KFC next door or go to a different McDonalds. This one is nothing but a waste of time!

Still waiting for my food. This locations sucks. Always a problem. Maybe they forgot about me again. Its happened before. Get it together.

Don’t eat this. Why would you do that to yourself? I mean, seriously… are the fries that good? Are the fountain drinks really colder than any others? Has there ever been a more attractive packaging scheme connected with the holy three of delicious? Oh! Sweet fat, salt and sugar! Thou dost call to me to multiply within my food womb thy self-​same fatness one hundred fold, that I may ooze through thy divine archways like leviathan cast out from the sea and beached upon the unforgiving rock of mine own weakness. Thy tempestuous temptations be the sand beneath me that doth grate my bones into a fine, white obscurity.
Service could be better. Monoploy rules!

The food I recieved was remarkably stale, making my meal very unsatisfying. The service was friendly but not particularly fast — not terribly slow either but somewhat lackadaisical, especially considering the low traffic.
Primarily my low rating is because of the very noticeable lack of freshness in the food they served me. Service is important but for a fast food/​chain restaurant the most important thing is to represent your brand well by serving the best quality food possible. In other words, if this had been my first experience with McDonald’s food, I would have a very negative opinion of the brand and I would be unlikely to ever visit any McDonald’s restaurant again. Fresh food means repeat customers.
If you are in the mood for McDonald’s then you are probably better off travelling to another location. I will make a point to avoid this one until the distant future.

I don’t normally review but this location is the worst Mickey Ds I’ve ever been to. Took 24 minutes in the drive through from order to obtaining my food. Burger was standard but they didn’t even give me napkins.

Slowest Mc Donald’s I’ve ever been to. Wait is at least 10 minutes in the drive thru every time.

This place is terrible and the reason I am quitting fast food. I have encountered every bad service possible.

If I could give this place a half star I would.
Avoid this place, unless you want to wait 45 min for an egg mcmuffin.
I’d strongly advise you to go to the one one Ogden.

Absolutely horrible. I’ve been sitting in drive through for 30 minutes and STILL HAVEN’T GOTTEN MY FOOD

Can I rate this ¼ star? This location is HORRIBLE. We recently stopped in mid-​morning on a Sunday. There were cars all the way to Maple so we parked and went inside. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 coffees. 22 minutes later (yes, Im serious) they called my number and said my drinks were ready. No food. Just 2 coffees. After waiting a few more minutes we actually asked for a refund and left. There was only 1 car in the drive thru at this point. It was a joke. I asked if they were short handed and the manager said, «are you kidding? This is everyday»
Awesome. I will never go back. As a sidenote, 3 people got frustrated and asked for refunds while we were there.
If theres a line, keep going. Youll never get your food!!!

Was there on a Sunday morning to get breakfast because the drive thru line was long. 20 minutes after ordering still no food. Got a refund and went elsewhere.

So I stopped in the drive through to get a soda while I was out today. I pulled up and ordered, but when I pulled up, there were 3 cars in front of me when I was at the payment window. I must have been sitting there for 20 minutes! I don’t mind waiting a little bit, but that’s just a long time to wait in the drive thru. Soda wasn’t even ready when I got to the window. It would probably be quicker to go in and order take out next time.

If you want to spend 30 minutes wedged in the drive thru without any explanation from the staff or management as to why their service is the absolute worst in the area, have fun. I was finally able to wedge my way out of line and pull away without my order this morning. Thankfully I didn’t pay and yes I am writing corporate. They shouldn’t even be open for business because they don’t know how to run a business. Not the first time I’ve experienced a long wait there but it will be my last!

Apparently I went back on my word and visited this McDonalds since my last review in which I said I would never go there again. I was starving and it was the best option at the time unfortunately. Nothing has changed one bit. I was in there for a couple simple things and there was hardly anybody in there and nobody at the drive thru where I was. It took forever to get my order and they put pickles and onions when I said not to. Still the absolute worst McDonalds in the world. Nothing has changed one bit whoever runs that joint should not be doing any kind of business whatsoever. They need checks in place. As I stated before the McDonalds on York Road in Elmhurst is the best. They need to model after that

first off, I LOVE Mcdonalds. LOVE it. but this one is by far the worst one I have ever been to. and I have been to many, it’s my goto drive thru.
Pros, iced coffee is always good. probably because its pretty basic. unless you ask for extra ice. then be prepared for disappointment.
The only reason I continue to go to this location is because its by my house.
Anyways, now I will try to stay on point with the cons.
Breakfast order is always wrong ALWAYS! Not sure why they cant get a basic order into the bag but they just can’t! order sausage Mc muffin prepare for a biscut. I actually order wrong so I get the right item! yes its true.
lunch, cheesburgers, cheese always cold, sandwiches never fresh, never! im eating a double cheeseburger right now, cheese is cold bun is not fresh its just bleh! but im hungry so it will have to do. fries are usually fresh just very salty. wrapping is covered in mustard. just disgusting!
after 8pm forget about it. go next door to taco bell (not that its much better but its at least eatible)
Mcdonalds Corp, your people need to seriously evaluate this location. It needs alot of help.

Out of the billion McDonald’s their are in this world. I’d have to say this is the worst. The drive thru line was slow, the burgers that we got looked old and from either the night before or the morning of. Also I ordered big mac sauce on all my burgers and paid .30 cents for each burger to have the big mac sauce. By the time I got in the highway 355. I opened the bag and checked that none of the burgers had big mac sauce. Also, Mcchickens that I ordered, I asked for no mayo and sub it with that Big Mac sauce. Now I’m stuck here with 2 dry ass Mcchickens to eat. I’d turn around and come back to complain but I’m sure it would take a lot longer and in sure the employees wouldn’t be competent enough to understand this dilemma. If I could give this negative stars… I would. Glad I don’t live in the area… Next time I need a quick lunch pick up for me and my employees … I’ll go to Taco Hell next door …

Stopped by for a super quick snack off of the Value Menu and much like one of the earlier reviews, they charged a different price that that which was shown. Also they refused to give me a recipient when questioned. No big deal since we are talking about the Dollar menu but all pretty strange.

The food is sloppy and when they make the food they don’t wear gloves and I saw the employee use the bathroom and not wash his hands

This has to be one of the worst McDonald I’ve been to.
I live nearby and frequent the store often and 7 times out of 10 they will mess up the drive thru order. It is not bad if you go inside the store. I can even say inside the store i rarely have gotten an order that was wrong. It’s primarily drive thru issues. It’s gotten to the point where I try not to even go to this store location now.

I would like to think all McDonalds are NOT the same and I think I’m right… For example, the few I’ve stopped in downtown Chicago are just horrible and slow. I visit this one most often whether it’s to get an iced coffee, breakfast, a happy meal for myself, or an ice cream cone. I never have to go out of my way because of bad service, I can always count on this one for friendly, fast, and efficient service… And correct orders!
