I’ve lived here for about 6 months and it’s been great! I love the area, and the complex. The amenities are awesome. Pool, spa, trash valet, business and fitness center. Close to Westgate. I would definitely recommend Remington to others. If you’re thinking about living here, call and ask for Stephanie! She’s the best! She’ll help you with anything and answer all your questions. All the girls are great but Stephanie is top notch!

I’ve been living at Remington ranch for a little over a month. So far it’s been great. The leasing staff is very friendly and they are always super helpful! The amenities are great. The gym and pools are beautiful and there are lots of trees and grass (which sounds like it should be a given but we are in Arizona after all). Dogs are welcome. Everyone I have met here so far has been very nice. I’ve lived in «luxury» apartments before and I didn’t feel very comfortable going out for walks alone or going to the pool by myself. Here I feel very safe. The community is gated and I have yet to hear anyone partying. I definitely recommend living here :)

I am the quintessential 20-​something shut-​in living alone for the first time. I’ve lived at Remington Ranch just about a month shy of one year now. I have never felt unsafe within the gates of the community. There are squad cars about from time to time but their visits are infrequent and I have never felt the need to file a noise complaint or report suspicious activity. I haven’t had to deal with solicitors or other uninvited guests. Actually, no one bothers me at all. I need not deal directly with anyone unless I’ve a package to pick up at the front office. Rent/​utilities may be paid via a website online that lets you opt to have all your on-​time payments reported to a credit bureau. Any maintenance requests have been dealt with promptly. The grounds are relatively well kept and easy on the eyes. The pools have always looked clean when I visited them. Four nights out of the week, there are garbage slaves who will come fetch and dispose of your garbage at some point in the evening if you place it outside your door. The apartments themselves are of superior quality compared to many other rental apartments I’ve seen belonging to fellow 20-​somethings. Basically, if you pay your rent and abide by the rules, I don’t think you’ll have any issues.

I have lived here one year and just resigned my lease. Very happy with this complex the amenities are great and any issues are handled promptly. The office staff bend over backwards to help you with anything you need and I have great neighbors. What more can you ask for?

So I’m from El Paso TX and my cousin lives here. The complex is really nice and the pool and gym area are nice as well. Other than those things I can’t say much as far as the living experience goes, however I did notice that there is no free wifi here.
I lived in some apartments back home that offered free wifi and free cable. Now that’s a good hook and sometimes the wifi would suck really bad but at least it was something to look forward too.
But as just an outsider just staying a few nights here, it’s been pleasant and very quiet
