I’ve gone here many times and had a great experience getting my haircut. My stylist is Adriana. I actually started coming here because of her, since she moved salons to this location. Everyone is very friendly and always makes sure you are comfortable. Adriana is always willing to work with my crazy schedule and has always done a great job at listening to any concerns I have with my hair. Though the location is a bit out of the way from me I always come back because of the consistently great and dependable service!

Ruth was amazing. She took the time and care to fix my daughters hair. 5 hours and she still had a smile and grace about her.

Adriana was the stylist that styled my hair and she was great! I loved my haircut, she didn’t go to short like others do when I ask for a trim. Also, the shampoo and conditioning was was nicely done. When she styled my hair, she didn’t go overboard with the products; which is great, because I hate greasy hair! The only con for this place is that it’s too far of a drive for me. Ask for Adriana if you ever go! :)

I cannot speak for every stylist at the salon, but Adriana(sp?) did a disappointing job. I went to get my hair colored, and I knew that in order to get the color that I wanted, I would have to have my hair pre-lightened. I had colored my hair in the distant past so I knew a fair bit about the coloring and bleaching process. It had been a while since I touched my hair myself however so I thought it would be safer to go to a salon to have my hair lightened and colored so that it would be as even as possible in the hands of a professional. Adriana was not careful in the way she applied the bleach to my hair before applying the dye. As a result I had small darker patches throughout the back(nothing too major, but noticeable if you are looking) and hot roots. Hot roots are basically the result of applying bleach to the roots at the same time or before you apply bleach to the rest of the hair. As the dye faded the bad bleach job became more and more apparent. It reminded me of the first time I lightened my hair at home when I was 13, haha. Next time I will read reviews and go to a reputable stylist or just lighten it at home using foils and my own know-how. I think if you are going to someone who is licensed you should not leave his or her chair looking like you colored your hair at home. I went to a salon to ensure that I would get a nice, even result and that did not happen.

I went here two times in 2013 and loved my hair dresser and the salon, it was fun and I never had a better haircut. I then went to my sisters friend at a different salon(she was begging me to go there for a color treatment so I said yes) well an arm and a leg later I decided I cannot afford that guy and wanted to return back to Bella Rouge. I called and they said that my hairdresser no longer worked there :(So I said alright just schedule me with someone who is good with long hair. The next day I go in for my appointment and I noticed the salon looked a little different and there was a sign saying they are under new management. I took my hair down and the hairdresser goes oh you hair is so pretty and long, I love long hair. So far so good right? WRONG. I specifically said take off an inch or so from my layers and bottom. I really like the U shape I have in the back(like what I already had). So she starts going away and never adjusted my head or had me look down or anything. I thought that was a bit strange because I am always told to look straight and they end up tilting my head. So she finishes«trimming», then I say can you trim my side bangs. She says where are your bangs? uhh right here, the chunk in front that is shorter than the rest of my hair… then she asks if I want full bangs. No. I said trim my side bangs. Then she asks if I want more bangs. OMGNO I just want what I have trimmed! She then goes to give me the mirror and spins me around and goes how do you like it? I did the V shape. I SAID A U SHAPE!!! Learn your letters! I specifically said I wanted a U shape. NOT A V SHAPE! My heart sank when I saw how much of my hair was hacked off. I lost all of the length I was growing the past few months for my upcoming wedding. I asked her to fix it to the U shape and she cut off another inch. She then asked if I wanted it styled and I said no, so she let me walk out with dripping wet hair.(At least a towel dry would have been nice so my shirt wouldnt be soaked). I got home and looked in the mirror at horror. My layers are so short now, she cut off way more than an inch, probably around 2 ½. It looks like I have a mullet. I am completely heart broken and will never go back. I don’t understand how hard it is to listen to simple directions. I haven’t checked to see if both sides of my head are even, but I am betting they are off based on the fact that my head was never adjusted during the cut. The only good thing I can say is at least I went on a Thursday when they have 10 dollars off a haircut, and because I didn’t have her style it that saved me another 10 bucks. I am so upset I am stuck with a mullet triangle on the back of my head.

I called for a last minute appointment and was able to get in with Eva. I have straight, fine relatively thick hair, you can see every cut. This makes me seem kind of like a picky pain in the butt. I asked her to keep the length, frame the face, long layers, even it out please. Picky? Maybe :-). She did exactly what I asked, accepted feedback to make it even more perfect in my eyes and it looks gorgeous. Thank you Eva. I love it!

I visited a few weeks ago for some highlights, I had called before and asked the price and told $ 65 which was great. I was scheduled with Elisa who once I arrived I found out was not there so I sat down with Frank. He did a great job, talked to me before about what I wanted and did a great job. He did seem really nervous which made me nervous but in the end I would totally see him again. My biggest issue came when it came time to pay I was told my total was $ 95. Apparently there is a $ 30 additional charge because he blew my hair dry and flat ironed it. Personally I would have really liked to have known I was going to be charge 50% of the cost of the highlights for a blow dry and style. For one I would have opted for him to curl my hair or I would have ended what was already a very long appointment and done it myself. Certainly if I’m going be charged for it I should know in advance. At the very least I should have been told when I called and made the appointment and asked about pricing. It ended up not being a huge deal since I had a coupon from their Facebook page, but it did leave a bad taste in my mouth. All in all I think I’ll go back and see Frank he did do a great job but I’m going to be more specific when I ask questions about pricing in the future.

Every time I cross paths with a cool person or something great, I feel like life somehow has to pull me away from it shortly after! In this case, I wish I had known about Bella Rouge Salon earlier during my last 5 years here in the West Valley… I’ll be moving out of state next week but I decided to stop in here for my much needed haircut today before I leave… In short, this salon has a very welcoming feel and so far I’ve been happy with the work that Stylist Elisa has done with my hair! I’ve been to a lot of salons here and there, and I tend to return after one good experience. However, I’ve learned that one positive experience doesn’t always mean that the next one would be the same. At those other salons, I can’t help but feel like the Stylist would try really hard to do a great job the first time to reel me in; and when I do return, they feel as if they don’t have to do as great of a job as they did the first time. That irritates me so much. Anyway, I was able to make a last minute appointment with Elisa today to fix my bangs that I had slightly butchered myself the night before, and to reshape my layers that I had gotten the last time here. Who would have thought that my somewhat-too-short-DIY bangs could be saved and look fabulous??? And it’s also been awhile since I’ve been really happy with my hair right after a cut and style. So to anyone who is looking for a new Hair stylist, I recommend that you schedule an appointment with Elisa(I’m sure the other stylists may be talented and nice too, but I can only speak from my experience). She actually listens to make sure that you get the haircut/style that you want. She’s also really nice and fun to talk to, which makes the salon experience more positive as well! Yay! I’m a fan!

I have been going for a couple of years. I have used 3 different stylists. Although Jamie is «MY» stylist. Every time I go I swear its the best cut and color I have ever had. Everyone is friendly and makes u part of the club. I’ve never seen a bad cut/color come out of there.

I am giving a 5 star review to a particular stylist at Bella Rouge — Tracy. I have gotten more compliments on my new hair cut and color than ever before, and my husband even called it «the best look [I] have ever had.» What I loved most about Tracy was the way she understood me. I had a specific goal in mind — I wanted my eyes to «pop» and she asked all the right questions to get me the hairstyle that, yes, made my eyes pop. It sounds odd reading it back now — I wanted my hair to make my eyes pop? Huh? — but Tracy totally got me. She spent a decent amount of time with me, she taught me how to style my new hair, and it didn’t cost me a fortune! I abandoned my former stylist because, to be honest, the last time I was there, she seemed completely shocked to see me, spent very little time with me, and then I practically had to sell an organ to pay for it. A note: At Bella Rouge, the stylists and estheticians are all independent. Second note: My current profile pic does not feature the new«do.» :-)
