Not only was my pizza cold, it was burned on the top and bottom.(check out photos) I’d been craving some good pizza for the last month and I just knew that Johnny’s New York style pizza was going to deliver! I opened up my box and GROSS! What is it? Well, it looked like it was supposed to be a calzone but it looked more like a blob of burned cheese. I have never felt so upset about food before. I think it was the fact that I spent my hard earned money on something that was NOT worth it. If this is the type of product Johnny’s has to offer, I will not be coming back. Eeek!

I gave this place 5 chances and every chance was the same results horrible if you are getting delivery 5 out of 5 times it will be cold and old. But if you eat in 5 out of 5 times it will be good… They can careless about delivery.

Called 6 times to order for delivery, 1st time, told no delivery till 5… at 5 told delivery guy not in yet, call back, 5:15 called back still not there, 530, still not there, 545, still not there… Ordered from somewhere else!.. Why advertise you deliver, when you don’t have reliable delivery guy?.. Would have prefered pizza, especially New York style… but, stuck with Chinese…

Very dirty and old needs renovations BADLY! wouldn’t take a date or family there, but the okay points are that the service is okay and food is basic… Now I know why the parking lot is always empty… smh. wow

If your in a pinch and ordering the Margherita Pizza extra sauce, your good to go. The Margherita has light toppings {fresh mozzarella, tomato, basil} so the crust holds up well. Anything else? Just don’t… I had my guys working late in the office one evening and rewarded their hard work with dinner… 1 large pizza, wings, and drinks and I’m over fifty bucks… The restaurant is rarely busy so the pizza cooked in no time for the one delivery guy on staff. 8 — 12 in the oven and the delivery guy won’t be back for 40 minutes… do carryout only. Finally, there is an absolutely horrible smell behind the store that easily makes it to the entrance… Clean it up already. I’m giving the 1 pizza carryout only a 3 star… If I had never picked up that one pizza I would had given 1 star.

Husband and I picked up a pizza here while staying in town for Six Flags. It was ok, I have had better.

This place is 9 minutes away from home. After stating my order three times to the young man on the phone, he tells me they do not delivery to my residence. Hire someone competent and accommodate to customers who are closer than most of the residents you serve. I called this same place about a month ago and a young woman stated they didn’t have enough employees to deliver. UNBELIEVABLE.

I would give four stars but the lasagna’s sauce was too acidic and it gave my sister heartburn. However, I ordered the Chicken Florentine with garlic on Gluten free dough and it was absolutely delicious!

The food itself is usually pretty good. Caprese salad is over priced for what you actually get. The biggest down side to this location is that they only have delivery drivers at random times. Never on Sundays. I’ve even called on a Friday or Sat and they’ve told me there were no delivery drivers. Besides that extreme frustration, the location has never disappointed me with the food. Customer service of front of house staff on the phones could use some work.

Usually have a pretty consistent experience here. Last visit was poor service but the waiter was obviously new. Good subs, pizza and salad. Had the large Greek salad and a slice of pepperoni for lunch for $ 8 great value and food. Will be back

On our most rcent visit to Johnny’s, we ordered two pies. A hawaiian, and the Johnny’s deluxe. The hawaiian pizza was great, just the right amount of toppings and cheese. They used a restrained hand on the toppings and it didn’t overwhelm the thin crust, but it could’ve stayed in the oven for another minute or two. It was the tiniest bit undercooked. The Johnny’s deluxe was the exact opposite. Loads of toppings and cheese on a very crisp crust that was dark brown on the bottom. There were way too many toppings in my opinion and it hurt the overall yumminess of the pizza. It’s as if these pizzas came from two totally different pizzerias. How does that happen? I don’t know. Perhaps two different people made the pizzas? It’s mystery to me. Anyway, Johnny’s pizza is decent, especially considering this area of Litha Springs is a wasteland of average chains. But they have consistency issues, it’s a crap shoot from one pizza to the next as to whether it will be good, or just ok.

Lemon pepper wings were old and dry, threw them in the trash. You can tell they we refried. Crossing this place off my list.

3 stars for the food, it was about what you expect from Johnny’s. Decent fake NY pizza and iceberg lettuce salads, but this location was so dark and unpleasant to be in. It’s got me thinking, what’s worse, deciding to light your restaurant with only compact fluorescent that are mismatched in color and intensity –OR– Letting half of them burn out, so that the restaurant is dark and flickering. The tint on the windows made sure that it was really dark and unpleasant, and every time someone open the door it was like being blasted with a spotlight! –1 star for the interior and lighting. (see the picture I posted and look at the«lights»(aka ceiling fans)

This place is kinda out of the way, but inside its got a casual sports bar feel. Even though I have only ordered pizza to-go I have to recommend you try this place. Keep in mind that there are cheaper pizza places, but this pizza is worth the price. Perfect new York style pizza. Had no problem parking. Really tasty. Eat there once and you won’t goo anywhere else for real pizza. Austell doesn’t have a lot of great pizza places, so I hope Johnny’s stays in business. Keep this place in mind for great pizza.

Try the Garlic Knots. I go here with co-workers, it’s not really anything special. Just a place near the office.

It’s Johnny’s. It’s a big location right off Thornton Road and it’s good. Usually not very busy, I’ve generally had great service here. It seems they get busy during a later dinner rush(like 7:30/8 p.m.). Note the Quick Tip — no alcohol service on Sundays in Lithia Springs! So if you’re in the mood for beer with your pizza, call them for delivery.
