Pizza Hut

How can I make a review with ZERO stars? I used to like Pizza Hut and I had to try again to see if the last time was a mistake — turns out the mistake was mine for trying again. One hour 40 minutes to deliver a pizza on a Sunday evening. I have emailed the corporate office — no response. Why does it take over 90 minutes to get a pizza when I live 8 minutes away. When it finally did arrive, the pizza was cold. The cheese on the cheesy bread was burned and the dipping sauce tasted old /​sour. I did find out the store is a franchise — does this owner just not care? Sorry, but that’s twice they have screwed up — I am done.

This location looks dirty. I have been going here for years and the service is getting worst. I order two pizzas for carry out and the pizza looked very mediocre. I would not recommend this particular location.

Ordered pizza online, arrived at Pizza Hut five mins early according to the 20 mins wait given. I paid for my order and requested packets of grated cheese blend and crushed red pepper. I was told I would have to pay extra for little plastic cups. I was so disappointed. Then to add further disappointment, the pizza was cold once I got home to eat it. Will not go back again.

I used to be a die hard fan of Pizza Hut as that’s the main place we went to as I was growing up besides Little Caesars. I used to have great experiences at Pizza Hut but this location has been letting me down consistently over the past couple years or so.
The pizzas we have ordered have become dry and not even hot, which it should be since I only stay like 2 – 3 minutes from this location. They also have started skimping on the toppings. The cheese has been burnt a few times and barely covers the sauce on the pizzas. I have gotten to a point where I now count the pepperoni and Italian sausage that they put on the pizzas to make sure they put enough on there. We got a pepperoni pizza that had a couple of slices with not one piece of pepperoni on them. I hate to think Pizza Hut would ever give me problems but they have let me down.
We do order from the nearby Papa Johns sometimes and we always have a good experience with them. We even ordered a pizza from the nearby Domino’s because I don’t think I had one of their pizzas since college and I can honestly say that it was one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time. The commercials are being honest — they are generous with their toppings and the crust tastes much better.
With that being said: Pizza Hut, you better step it up…
Oh yeah — ordering online on a Friday or Saturday can be a gamble because your pizza may not be ready when it says it will. And having it delivered may even double that wait time.

I ordered a delivery online. I waited patiently for 1hour. Then i decided to call and ask where is my food. I was pissed when they told me the delivery for online order is 1.5 hours. The confirmation clearly said 45mins for delivery. And the person on answer the phone was not friendly. 1 star for the service!!!

Pizza Hut has always been one of my favorite places & even though I dont eat it often when I do I know that it will be hot, fresh & correct.

Apparently this location answers after they’re closed and they get all your info wasting your time to finally tell you they’re closed. I called Papa Johns they’re always friendly and stay open later. I will never use this location again.

Decided to be lazy and order online. But this is the worst and the only terrible experience I’ve had ordering with any pizza company online. After waiting 30 minutes after the ‘delivery’ time, I called and asked and was told that the delivery person had already tried to delivery my pizza and no one answered the door. The person either must have gotten lost or didn’t even try because the doorbell can be heard throughout the entire house and there had been 3 people in the living room. They told me they’ll redeliver but I’m certain it’ll be cold and subpar just like their service. Never again.

I decided to pick up a personal pan pizza on the way home from work (as opposed to my original plan of going to the gym… Oh well). The establishment was very nice and very clean, the cashier Jade was pleasant and my pizza was ready on time. I’ve been to places where the workers are loud and having personal conversations, so it was nice to see these employees diligently working and getting things done.
By the way, I fortunately didn’t encounter the posse of kids the previous Unilocaler spoke about that frequently chill outside. Lucky me.
