Papa John’s Pizza

OMG!!! All I can say is, Can they ever get it right?! Not one time have I ordered food from them and they haven’t forgotten something or made something wrong. Ugghhhhh… If Pizza Hut delivered to my house, I would NEVER order from them again!

When I do order here, it’s okay at best but I seldom do because their best parking spots (the only ones remotely close to their door) are always taken by their delivery drivers. I don’t understand that. Everywhere I have ever worked has encouraged employees to park as far away from the store as possible.

TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE. I love papa johns. I carry out about every two weeks. However, one day I decided I wanted to try the delivery method since it was raining. Waited and waited … No pizza came. Two hours past, I took a little nap on accident. Woke up freaking out, called the place to see if anyone attempted to come. Nope. My order apparently wasn’t even made. Except I got my confirmation number from making the order online?

Ok, so I love pizza and have since I was a little girl. For the longest time Papa John’s was my #1 choice for pizza. However, for the past couple of months I’d been getting pizza from Dominos mainly because the last time or two ordering from this PJ’s– I wasn’t satisfied. I decided to give it a shot again because I had points to get a free pizza and because this PJs is actually closer to me than Dominos. The pizza was edible but not all that good. The dough was a little more soggy than my liking (maybe from the sauce) and there’s something about the cheese now that I just don’t care for. The crust at the edge was a little harder than normal. Needless to say, I think I’ll stick with Dominos from now on… or at least I won’t order from this PJ’s anymore. I’m so glad I only paid $ 1.50 (for an extra topping) because I was have been highly disappointed paying anything else.

received a phone call from the owner from this location and showed how apologize the owner was and we will receive a free pizza the next time we order from this location and the owner is going to handle with all the staffs but still we will be very uncomfortable for what they treat us like this… 3 stars for the owner’s manner and free pizza… definitely going to stop at the store to check the right order this time instead of delivery
