Zaxby’s

For zaxbys I give this location a 5 star I haven’t had any issues out of the 6 plus times I’ve gone. I love the plates I feel like you get the best value for your money. They have often forgot to give me a sauce or two which to some trust me can be a real deal breaker lol but I usually don’t have to worry about it. They will rush you at the speaker a bit fair warning lol and if you want sauce you will DEFINITELY have to pay for it haha either way not a bad spot!

This Zaxbys used to always be good and you could count on them being above average for a fast food restaurant.
Lately though they seem to somewhat ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ on if you will enjoy the meal you paid for.
I like the nibberles meal but every time I order it, they hardly put any source on it, this despite the fact that each time I order, I request extra sauce.
When you order a salad they also give you very little dressing so we use our own, when we get home.

They forgot my salad dressing twice in a row. I didn’t find out until I got home. Called them, they offered to give me the dressing if I came back otherwise there would be nothing they can do?! Super inconvenient.

Usually I go to the one on Concourse, but I decided to try this one since it was closer… Not the best idea. I guess I caught them at a bad time, because the place was a mess and the cashiers were rude. I wouldn’t ask you to remake my food if it were done right the first time. I asked for no tomatoes (I’m allergic), They still gave me some and I asked for it to be made over and she asked «the whole thing?»., yes… Then she had the nerve to roll her eyes at me. The manager was very nice however

Very disappointed. I stopped in for some Nibblers and saw an advertisement for milkshakes. Looked good so I decided to get one. When they handed me the shake the cup was only half full. Seriously. Half full. The outside of the cup had milkshake all over it. It looked like someone had dropped the cup and spilled half the shake and just picked it up and gave it to me without even taking the time to so much as wipe the cup off. The Nibblers came without Zac sauce on them. Wish I had gone somewhere else

This location has actually become the best in the Douglas County area. Even surpassing the Concourse Dr location, surprisingly. Great service, ALWAYS hot, delicious food. My order is right 90% of the time. Staff change within the past 5 months has made a huge difference!

This Zaxby’s has TERRIBLE customer service. Me and my church group (15 ppl) usually go to Zaxby’s every Wednesday night. On 6÷19÷13 at 9:00pm we arrived and the cashier was visibly annoyed that customers were coming in so close to closing time. The staff had already mopped the floors and restrooms in an attempt to leave early. Chairs and tables were sticky. The floors were dry but still slippery because they used too much chemical/​soap while moping (or they mopped the kitchen and then the dining floor with greasy mop). They failed to place wet floor signs in public areas. Trays were wet (which supports that they cleaned the kitchen early). The kitchen staff took a long time to cook food (which also supports the fact they cleaned the kitchen already in attempt to leave early). The food had no flavor and the cheese wasn’t even melted. There was no sweet tea because they cleaned the drink dispensers already.
At the end of our meal (10:15), one of the cashiers asked us to leave in a rude manner. I understand that the restaurant closes at 10:00pm and its your right to ask us to leave when you close, but we are paying customers. Do it with a smile because we pay your salary.

I enjoy the food at this Zaxby’s and the service from the staff. I try to stick with the grilled items instead of the fried items on the menu. Closes at 10PM and there aer usually a lot of teenagers here almost every time I come.

I eat here a couple of times per month. The food is always good. I have never had a problem with service. This restaurant is hardly ever busy. It is as good as I expect for a Zaxby’s location.

Attitude?! Avoid the older woman with the glasses. Customer service is not in her soul to give. Lines? No you won’t find those here because service stinks. The food will be hot, ready, and often times wrong. There’s another location a few miles away, trust me, take the drive to get a better experience. (Unfortunately, Unilocal won’t allow me to rank this location in the negative so I was forced to give them one star.)
