McDonald’s

So I just left the drive thru and when placing my order they asked if I wanted breakfast or lunch so I said lunch and proceeded with ordering a kids meal and a double cheeseburger meal. When I pulled away I tasted the fries and they tasted 2 days old. I mean how hard is it to have fresh French fries when coming to McDonald’s. Isn’t it normally part of the meal? So my question to you McDonald’s is «why ask me if I like to order breakfast or lunch and you can’t even get the fries right?» Seems like you’re doing way to much and need to go back to just serving lunch outside of breakfast hours and focus on having fresh cooked fries. This will be my last time at this location. I should have gone to Zaxbys further down the street. Oh and by the way the sweet tea was horrible. It tasted old like the machine they brew with has not been cleaned. I think it’s time for the public health DEPT to pay them a visit unannounced.

I wish there was a lesser star to give this place when I tell you this place is the absolute worst place to get any kind of food whatsoever. So I have on several occasions been cussed out and given the worst food ever not even to mention the correct order I’m not just a visitor from outside of the area I live in the area this is the closest location to my home and all of my friends and family agree this is the worst mcdonalds on the planet hands down I repeat do not go here!

The best service here is in the morning. Those teenagers in the afternoon are the worst and the managers aren’t any better how would they feel if someone gave them cold food and HORRIBLE service? Get it together people!!! I don’t understand why they have attitudes when they are the ones who applied for those jobs!

Happened to stop at this McDonald’s again, as my wife wanted to stop here on the way out this morning. Once again, they messed up our order and we had to go over our order with them 3 times until they got it right.

Horrible customer service. Why do they even work here? The manager was ratchet & very unprofessional and most of the workers followed suit. The cashier was very pleasant and went out of her way to be extra help when other workers were standing around doing nothing while ignoring people.

This McDonalds gets worst every time we go there
They went to the back and came out holding the pies down by his side
I knew something was up
I checked the pies before I left the county and sure enough there was no time & date in the reheated dark brown pies
I told them I wanted FRESH PIES
They told me it would be 12 minutes
Which the manager called out to me as she walked away

They don’t deserve 1 star, but it was obligatory to post. This is the worst McDonalds ever…

OKAY. So I lied. I said I was not coming here again. But when the Tea calls I have to search it out!
This location sucks… The tea sucks! The fries suck… This place sucks! I have come to this location a few times before. I need to just stop coming here! Because I think I’ve given them more than enough chances… The combos are 20 – 40 cents more than other locations around Atlanta and the fries are usually cold. And I have never not once gotten a sweet nor tasty Sweet Tea from this location. About a year ago this place wasn’t so bad!

I have to rate this restaurant lower than other McDonald’s locations. Their service has always been slower than normal, but what lowers this location’s rating is mainly that their soft drinks taste horrible. Everyone I know complains about it. About once per year, I forget this and get one of their meals with a soft drink. They never fail to amaze me at how bad they taste. One would think that after all these years, they would fix it, but they don’t.
I just have to keep reminding my self «no soft drinks from here, no soft drinks from here, no sof…»
