Luxury Nails

Horrible service and extremely high prices. I went for a fill in with gel polish and a polish change… $ 55 total. I will NOT be going there ever again!

Probably last time coming here. I came to get an eyebrow wax and it was a half waxed and have razor job. And the wax itself was way too warm. Eyebrows are ehh… i’ve had better.

VERY CLEAR THEY ARE MORE CONCERNED WITH MAKING MONEY THAN PROVIDING A «LUXURY NAIL» EXPERIENCE.
My boyfriend and I are visiting his family in the Atlanta area when she suggested we go for pedicures for the guys and manis for the ladies. Upon entering the salon, we were greeted from a technician only audibly not visible as he was working on a client. We expressed our interest in pedicures for the guy, manicure for myself and color change for his mother. I decided with the deluxe manicure being it was the median choice, since there were no descriptions of service. We notice a family of about 6 ladies, five of which were in the pedicure chairs, one receiving acrylic and another woman getting a manicure service and about 5 technician working. About a couple minutes after we arrived, another guest stopped in for a color change. Of the group of ladies, there were three sitting in ped chairs filled with water without a technician and the other two receiving a service. After choosing my color, I am sat at a station, where iI thought my nail spa experience would begin but he removed my polish, placed my hands in luke warm water to soak and proceeded to remove the polish from the client that entered after us. Now I’m not sure how things work in Atlanta but in every other city that I received a manicure/​pedicure service, the technician remains with me until my service is complete!
As my nails soaked, we discussed the possibility of going to another nail spa nearby since they seemed busy or overwhelmed. Clearly we had no idea how long the ladies were sitting in water but clearly they haven’t been serviced. Boy do I wish we left. The male technician was obviously listening to our conversation, because he ran over and attempted to continue the manicure service. After expressing our concerns about the wait and wanting to have all of our services completed simultaneous, he assured us that the pedicure would be begin soon and we would be okay. Mind you I brought to his attention the three ladies that were sitting ducks, yet he assured us that all will be great.
The guys are put in the chairs where they wait for the like of 30 mins before anyone touched their feet. The male proceeded to hurry my «manicure» while simultaneously changing another clients nail polish color, and my bf’s mother didn’t begin to receive a color change til the guys were done and my nails were drying. By the way, my nails looked atrocious. i had to have him re-​paint them twice, which seem to only make it worse. The color was bleeding into my cuticle, the tips weren’t painted and polish was so thick, there were bubbles. Not to mention at least four other clients came in after us and they said the wait would be short. Overall, we were in the salon four about 3 hourS, half of which was idle.
WORSE NAIL SALON EXPERIENCE IN LIFE!

TERRIBLE! I received the worst pedicure that I’ve even gotten. An older woman was rushing through. She never made sure the massage chair was on, she made me BLEED BADLY, and got polish all over my skin! DO NOT GO HERE. This was a special post natal treat for myself from my husband, and I left annoyed and upset and in pain.

I needed to get a pedicure before attending a graduation today. After all that shoe searching I did this week can you believe that I forgot to get my feet did? Oh yes I did just use improper grammar there! I need you to feel me on this one ladies!
So just 3 hours prior to the graduation I finally took my last minute behind to three Nail Salons and wouldn’t you know it. These mugs don’t open til 10:00 AM. On a Saturday? WOW. You guys are killing me here… So to waste time I drove down to the doughnut shop and grabbed a dozen for the one hour road trip. :)
I entered and was greeted promptly. I picked out my color from about 20 – 30 colors. I walked over to the massage chair and had a seat. And why did I have on a dress. Lord I just was not thinking properly today. I was in and out in about 30 – 45 minutes. The only CON was the temperature of the water. But I assumed the lady looked at my feet and was like «Damn. HOT, HOT, HOT water for these hounds!“LOLZ
After adding a little cold water to all that heat I was fine. Wait one more CON. I didn’t get a foot massage. I got the usuay leg massage but a foot massage goes well with a pedicure. By this time it had gotten a bit crowded and the man did rub my legs for damn near 10 minutes. So maybe legs are his thing. :) Total cost $ 21 plus tip.
HINT: Go early!

GREAT PLACE! friendly staff and great service. went in to get my eyebrows waxed and get a full set with crackle polish! Prices were good as well… I will definitely be back and would recommend this nail salon to everyone in the area. The only con was the place was kinda junky and disorganized, but overall service outweighed the bad! Huge selection of polish colors too!
