This place is a sick joke! Its junky. It doesn’t look like they clean properly and the staff is rude. Im also guessing they use cheap products. I went in for a gel manicure and clearly they don’t do the manicure part because the nail just kept saying u want just gel polish on your nails. NO i want a gel manicure. gel polish with a dry manicure. then she proceeds to tell me that my gel mani wouldn’t last because my nails are too short and weak. which isn’t true because I’ve been getting gel mani for months with no problems. CLEARLY they are using cheap product! she was very rude and incompetent! I would give it a zero if i could

Horrible staff, horrible service. I went back hoping to get better service but it was just as bad. If I could give a 0 star rating I would.

I normally go to a nail salon off Ashford Dunwoody but I moved to Lithia Springs and my aunt wanted me to try this salon. She bought me a gift certificate so that I could try it. I went on Thursday afternoon and I got a young man who helped me. Right off he yelled at me to come to the manicure chair where he was sitting. All the while he was doing my pedicure he didn’t say not one word to me. He was man handling my feet and then got an attitude when I asked about whether the pedicures come with a massage of my feet. The man who was doing my nails at the same time my feet was being done told the young man what I asked and the young man got a real attitude and kept saying that I need to wait to see what he is going to do instead of condemning him. I have every right to ask questions about the services that I am receiving and paying for. Clearly he didn’t know what condemn means but when I brought up the fact that the young man got an attitude the older man tried to justify his actions. No apology or anything. I tell you I would never go back to this nail salon ever again nor will I recommend anyone else to go! They lack customer service all around. I specifically told this man that this was my first time at his business and he did nothing to make me comfortable or appreciated so that i could be a return customer. I work too hard for my money to spend it in a place where I’m not valued! Again I would not recommend anyone to go this establishement. I forgot to add that they they didn’t talk to me at all while I was there but talked and laughed with each other very loudly! I just can’t go back and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either. I will talk to my aunt and tell her not to return either!

I will never ever give them any more business in my life. And I recommend no one else does. I come here all the time and I normally love the outcome. But I got my nails done two days ago. And tony rushed on my nails the whole time. He cut me, my nails are crooked and as soon as I got in my car a nail fell off … I came back so that they can fix it, and they told me id have to pay for a whole new set. TF noo I just paid 50 dollars for my nails … And you can’t fix my shit. I will be writing the board of directors and shutting this bitch down

I like this location. It’s always nice and clean. I think the older gentleman is my favorite person. I only get a Mani and Pedi when I visit Nail Salons, so I can’t speak on any Acrylic or Gel set nails. There is a room in the back that I think they are doing some hair removal in. They DO NOT Arch Eyebrows here. Darn-​it!
They are prompt (Opens at 10 AM) and quick. I guess I can agree a little with Jackie H. Depending on whom you get you may be there 1 hour or 1 ½ hours… I do think the older gentleman usually omits my lef rub, but that’s okay. I’ll soon find a man of my own for that. :)

I will never ever go back here and that sucks because a friend really loves this place.
The man that did my pedi kept looking at his watch, and really was in a hurry. He didn’t even give my feet time to soak. He made my toes hurt and bleed. I wanted the deluxe but he just skipped that part all together.
I was there with a friend a she finished her pedi almost 20 minutes after me and we started at the same time.
The same day I noticed a few areas missed but upon further investigation I saw the old nail polish on my toes.
