McDonald’s

Just stopped here while road tripping. They have an old school outside playscape that looked really fun, but my boys wouldn’t go very far inside. It was pretty dirty, even for an outdoor playscape. It’s also not too toddler friendly. Savvy climbers would likely love it. Drive through service wasn’t fast or slow. They were busy during evening hours. Our orders were accurate though!

All of my food was completely wrong and when she finally brought the last bit up, she dropped one of my sandwiches on the floor and then looked at me like «you want this?» then after I realized I was charged wrong and the food was wrong, I wanted my money back. That was ignored. They «fixed» my food and I’m still not positive but I think my mcChicken was a fish sandwich. No bueno.

I live near this mcdonalds on Thornton rd. so I go to it when I decide to eat mcdonalds. And almost every single time I went there they either get something wrong or get really sloppy and messy with it and put something that isn’t suppose to be there. Something a long those lines. Like I get a chocolate chip frappé and they give me caramel or if they do give me chocolate chip they don’t put both syrups and blah blah. I’ve worked at a McDonald’s, it’s not that hard. Especially cashiers! Come on! You can do better! I give some slack to table people but grill, cashiers, and window people… No. I’m so mad not because they messed up a little but that they constantly mess up. If it was every now and then I would understand but you can’t mess up that much and expect a good review from me! Get better… I worked there and it was not hard at all. Step it up.

This McDonald’s location is the epitome of great friendly customer service!
We stopped at this McDonald’s location on the way out of town, and we went through the drive-​thru.
The employee who took my order was very friendly. The employee who gave us our food was very friendly as well.
The food was hot, and fresh, and got us through a very long road trip.
Just the epitome of great customer service!

Been here a few times, mostly during breakfast and I’ve haven’t had a bad experience. I will note this is a pretty busy location and they still manage to keep the place looking clean. The service is quick the majority of the time and the staff is courteous. I recommend this location ⁴⁄₅

Don’t know why other reviewers have had negative experiences… I have been here many times and every time it has been positive. Although not always attentive, the staff is over all friendly. I do enjoy visiting this location. :)

This is most probably the worst McDonalds I have ever stopped at. Starving and decided to run through the drive-​thru before I passed out. Well let me tell you, I’d of been happier if I had just keeled over!
I know these are school kids working for the summer, but the KEYWORD here is WORKING! Sat in line for what seemed like an eternity behind 2 cars. NO BUS ON THE LOT PEOPLE! Fish sandwich was colder than the imaginary ocean they caught it in, and the french fries were hard little sticklets…
The girl was in there running her mouth with her BFF (apparently) and whatever she had to say was FAR more important than handing me my bag of «food» sitting there on the counter!
NEVER stopping there again!
I’ll tell you something else, thank goodness for a forum like Unilocal,because while I was writing this review, I went to McDonalds homepage and there’s no place to file a formal complaint!

This location, and the one in Hapeville have, in my opinion, the best Sweet Tea in Metro Atlanta from a fast food chain. I actually enjoy most of their non-​carbonated beverages. The coffee items and the Smoothies as well. The cashiers are always nice and polite. Day or night I can always stop here for my Sweet Tea fix. The location on Lee Road sucks! And I am not a fan of the food at any McDonald’s but the Thornton Road location is better than many others. I mainly get Tea and Fries if I am hungry.

This is what I expect from a McDonald’s restaurant. Quick, friendly service, hot food, and a mostly clean dining room. The soft drinks tasted as they should, although there was water on the floor around the soft drink machines. I have always had a secret love for McDonald’s fish sandwiches and I wasn’t disappointed, it was hot and delicious.
