Protune Car Care

The service to my cars has been great, however the last time i had my truck fixed (windshield wiper motor) they cracked my windshield. I called next day because I picked up the car after hours. They never admitted that they cracked it but stated that they would work with the company next door to get it fixed. unfortunately I did not follow up with them right away due to my schedule. When I called to get it fixed they denied doing it but said he didn’t want to argue and agreed to get it fixed. I say this to say that things get crazier after this. The owner basically tells my teenage daughter that he prays that it breaks again and that he doesn’t want to see our truck in his lot again. He was so disrespectful and questioned my integrity that i felt that it was worth letting everyone know about the lack of professionalism. The glass was fixed at his expense so he doesn’t have to worry because customer service is more valuable to me then any work he has ever done.

I love this place, I have been with Malik and his team for over 10 years. I now live in Roswell and still come to them when I need work completed. They also service my mother and mother in law’s car. They are like family.

I probably drive past 50 car care places to get to this one. If you want your care fixed right, if you want the mechanic to really understand what is wrong… not continue to fix things until the problem eventually goes away, if you don’t want to mortgage your house to get your car fixed, then go here. Malik is as honest as the day is long and you can’t ask for more than that.
