I had a great experience with the service department and David was awesome. I brought in my Sorento for a recall notice and I was in and out within an hour. They even cleaned my car which I was dreading doing myself.
If I had a down payment I would have walked out with a new car just because of the service I received.

I went in looking for a refinance, to get a better interest rate than I have now. All they offered me was to extend my payments out with a higher interest rate. They didn’t listen to my needs and wants. After spending 2 hours of them talking in circles, the sales man came back and told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. As I walked out he was yelling after me. I will never be back, and would never recommend them to anyone!
