I had the chicken parm it taste burnt. Stick with the pizza and bread knots. The service is always nice but this trip the food was so disappointing. I guess that’s why there is never a crowd the service is inconsistent.

Saw this place a few months back and finally decided to try it as I was feeling Italian for dinner. If you have ever seen any of those restaurant rescue shows with Robert Irvine or Gordon Ramsey then you’ll know what to expect when you enter. Dark, dingy carpet, not dirty though but not the best atmosphere. Small dining room with a few tables but horrible banquet chairs and vinyl table cloths with paper napkins.
We were greeted and sat right away. Usual fare on the menu but I went with a favorite, chicken Parmesan. The dinner comes with garlic knots, salad and a choice of pasta. The knots are clearly prepackaged frozen and the marinara dipping sauce out of a can, it lacked any real flavor. The salad was ok typical salad. When the food arrived there was a good portion size but it was covered with the same red sauce. I was offered Parmesan but it was out of a shaker not fresh grated. The chicken itself tasted frozen and the overall meal lacked flavor.
Service was ok, the waitress was cute and friendly but had to ask for refills on drinks.
Would I return? Probably not but you never know maybe after I see Robert Irvine has fixed it up i might give it another try.

Unilocal says open at 11:30 but sign on did says open 4pm to 9:30… Drive a long way for nothing…

I really liked Anthony’s been there several times. Pizza is really good. I did not have the same experience in an earlier review. Pizza was hot veggies crispy, toppings fresh. Sauce was very tasty.
I did not try the delivery ended up picking up both times. One of the times is not too long after they opened and you can tell that the staff was new and working through some growing pains.
They have nice waiting area and I was able to enjoy a beer and watch football as I was waiting for my order.
We also ate dinner at the restaurant with a bigger party (8), service was fine. Food was good not great. Salads were served with dressing in a cup? Store bought, could have been tossed or just a little more effort. I had the veal and it was a little overcooked. Pastas and pizza were awesome.
This is a new restaurant with a family atmosphere, They seem to be getting better each time I go there and we will continue to love on that meat lovers pizza.

Okay so today I’m thinkin’, «hey, I’m pretty much starving to death, maybe I should try the place literally right down the road from my house that I’ve never had before»

Ended up ordering a vast amount of food to split between a 5 year old, a grown man, and myself (who eats like a grown man). Wings, salad, garlic knots, chicken tenders, chicken penne alfredo, and baked ziti.
If you don’t enjoy this place, you just have a weak palette and that’s you’re own problem. This place is the greatest thing since president bush threw up on the emperor of Japan.

Ordered a pizza for delivery and was told 45 –60 minutes for delivery. Called after an hour and 15 minutes and told «the driver just left 5 minutes ago. I’m sorry but we only have one driver.» We live 5 minutes away and it’s now an an hour and 40 minutes since we ordered. One driver? Not my problem. Don’t tell me 45 — 60 minutes! Ridiculous.

I am in love at first visit with this place! Found it via Google because my grandson said, «Nona, I just want regular macaroni with red sauce». I was NOT disappointed at all, & it wasn’t just red sauce, but red sauce like I make at home. (I googled ‘pasta marinara’)
So, as we were walking up to the door, our hostess/​server opened the door, greeting us with a smile. I have to admit I was a little worried at first because no one was there at Sunday afternoon at 2:30pm. But it was a holiday beach & barbeque weekend & very hot outside, so maybe it was just the combined factors. Not really sure, but anyway… more attention for me.
She let the boys pick where they wanted to sit & took our drink order right away before walking away. I wish I would have gotten her name for proper kudos. (I think I say that in every single review & I still always forget.) The menu was diverse, anything from wings & pizza to veal parmesan. I heard their pizza is real good & the boys & I might try that next time.
Between the 3 of us, we ordered cheese ravioli, penne with marinara, & eggplant parmesan. Each meal comes with a salad & 3 garlic knots. The salad at first looked a little puny & had a Ken’s dressing cup on the side, and my grandson looked at me with a funny face because he is so picky about salad dressing. But he said, it sure taste better then I thought it would when I poured it out. He ate more than half of his salad & Macaroni. He even said you should give it 5 stars Nona, which I admit made me laugh out loud. Then my other grandson tasted his & also said «yep, mine is 5 stars too». I loved my eggplant, it was served on top of my choice of pasta with lots of mozzarella cheese. All in all it really hit the spot for us Italians having Sunday dinner withdrawals.
She also offered me a to go menu as we were leaving to let me know they actually deliver in our area. Score! I will be having eggplant again very soon, or maybe pizza or maybe chicken parmesan…
As a side note, the restrooms were clean & the place had a quiet sophistication about it. They did have a couple of TV’s but it wasn’t a sportsbarsy type of atmosphere. It was more of a casual elegance. Now I am hungry again just typing about it.

Food is good, although the garlic knots left a lot to be desired. We got them as carryout and they were lukewarm and hard 5 minutes after leaving the restaurant. A good second option when your favorite Italian place is closed.

Food is good but do not like how they handle problems. When there is a problem with hoe food is cooked or an incorrect order I would expect the manager to visit the table.

We (party of 14) went to Anthony’s for lunch on Sunday. We were pleasantly surprised. The wait staff is a little shorthanded, but she did a great job. The food was very good – we were all very happy with it. We had dishes ranging from Veal Parmesan, to Chicken Marsala to Lasagna and everyone was pleased.
I think the pizza is a little bland – for my tastes. It is good and not too greasy, so I like that, but they could put some flavor in their sauce or dough.
I would recommend you try it out. We hope it stays around, but for some reason Italian restaurants here in Lithia haven’t discovered their «niche» yet.

Some good pizza served on an interesting two-​tier serving platter to save space. The platter served a dual function of serving the pizza a little cooler, allowing you to jam it into your face more immediately. So that’s nice. Antipasto salad was underwhelming, but was presented nicely. I wouldn’t get it again, though. The rest of the menu looks like standard pseudo-​Italian food, but with the pizza as good as it is, I doubt I’ll ever venture from it.
Friendly table service with a very polite server — and the other tables seemed like they were getting the same treatment by the other servers as well. The place is small inside and fills up VERY quickly — gets extremely loud too. Not much that can be done about that though, so just be prepared, I guess.
Terrible, terrible parking lot with a giant sign and accompanying concrete piling right in the middle. If there were sidewalks leading to the place I’d actually suggest walking, which is completely unheard of coming from someone as fat as me. That’s how bad the parking is.

This is a very nice restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Waitstaff and owners are extremely friendly. Pizza is delicious. Give it a try
