Great pizza, very friendly staff. Looking forward to trying all the different items on the menu.

I LOVE great Pizza. Although this place can create a good pizza, consistency is what they lack. One time you get a good pie and everything is fine and the next time your pie is super salty and the meats are overcooked. After about five times eating here I am done. If you can’t deliver the same quality time and again then you need to reexamine your processes. I really wish this was better cause the location is great for me.

I stopped by for a quick bite last night. As I was ordering, at the check out register I noticed a German roach. I’m not talking about a palmetto bug that could have flown in, I’m talking about a German roach, the kind that is only found at dirty and unsanitary places. When I pointed it out to the cashier, she started screaming and caused a commotion. The manager came out and made a cashier say that she was wrong and there are no roaches in the restaurant. He was very rude with me and his employees. I’m not going back to this pizza place ever again.

Great service!!! We came back just because the service was awesome. Everyone was Very friendly and great pizza. It was thin crust and light sauce. The sauce was a little bland but a personal preference. The zeppelins were delicious and a great dessert. The outdoor patio is a great seating option. Large and screened with tv’s! This is one of the best pizza options in the area.

Okay pizza is really good… We are from NY, but some of the other food was not as good. Stopped in got wraps, chicken tastes like it was microwaved. Fried food tasted like the fryer needed to be cleaned out. I could taste other fried foods in my stuff. I was not impressed… Hopefully the owner reads this. You have a good place… But don’t take for granted. We will seriously consider going here again. I will order pizza, but that is probably it. Honestly… we came home saying that we would not go back.

Meh, nothing special. Server was nice, polite, but service was slow for how dead it was… Sooo that would be on the cook. Food was good… Well the philly was good. Although for $ 10, it should come with fries, not a $ 0.50 bag of chips and not even chips i can choose. 16oz drink for $ 2? Free refills though. Should be a lunch special, half philly steak n cheese, bag of chips and fountain drink for $ 5. Anyways, little pricey but the sandwich was good, could of been a little more meat for the price $ 7.

We’ve been here a couple times within the last few months and something is different but in a good way! The salads were generously portioned packed full of veggies. The buffalo chicken pizza is wow-so good! Just the right amount of kick and great flavor. The stuffed pizza with all the different meats and oozing with melted cheese totally hit the spot– just one slice will do you in! Between the five of us this was a hefty pizza and well worth the price. Our little ones enjoy playing in the arcade section while we wait for the food so that’s a plus. This is a great place for the family and we love supporting our local businesses so definitely check it out!

Fresh food on paper plates is not that good. Food was good ok. Nothing to write home about or even worth the time to get.

This is some of the best tasting pizza in Tampa Bay. My favorite being the NY style pizza. Although the pepperoni roll and wings are very good as well. Friendly-family atmosphere gives a small town feel. Kids love the small arcade to kill time while your pizza is cooking. We found the service to be remarkable this past weekend when we dined in and they were very attentive and checked on us constantly. We will be going back in the near future.

Good pizza, better spinach rolls. The Canolis are mediocre. This is the better of the 2 fishawk pizza places.

First pizza I had when we moved here. Jess and I went with my sister, brother-in-law and niece. It was average everything. The sausage pizza was a little soggy in the very middle, which made it difficult to pick up, so I folded it Chicago-style. The place was clean, the waiter and service fine. They have arcade games for the kids and it’s definitely kid-friendly. My niece had a good time at the arcade with her dad while we waited for our pizzas, and I enjoyed a glass of house wine and chatted with my daughter and sister. The wine was a cheap wine, but it hit the spot. Moving is tiring, especially after a day of unpacking. I NEEDED a drink lol. They also have some IPA beers. I’m more a wine gal than a beer gal :). They do need to wow me and up their game with their food more since the atmosphere isn’t anything that stands out as ‘different’ than Anywhere, Florida. The sausage pizza was just a little too much. It was the one that was soggy in the middle. The plain cheese cooked up much better. They do need a good update cause the 70s are calling them, but I’m not going to dock a star for that. It was A-Ok ;).

The family and I came here for pizza night and I am pretty darn glad that we did. This is the best New York style pizza I have had outside from New York. We started with an app and got Calamari. It was gone within minutes and the three of us who had it loved it. It is Flash Fried Calamari served with Marinara sauce. The Calamari was breaded nicely and it was nice and airy which is the kind of breading I love. It was seasoned perfectly and I didn’t even need to add any of the table condiments. We ordered two large 18 inch pizzas. We have cheese lovers and sausage lovers. I am a cheese lover so you can guess what I had. Their pizzas are hand made to order, using fresh, premium ingredients like their homemade dough, signature pizza sauce and special blend of 100 percent Mozzarella. The staff is very nice and accommodating and checked on us several times to see if we needed anything else. The staff greeted us on the way in and on the way out. We picked up menus for future visits because we already know we will definitely be back.

Best pizza ever if you love the taste of soggy cardboard! I hope the rest of their menu is better than this…

When that little stripe of orange grease runs down the side of your arm you know you’ve found a new home! We had a pie loaded with all of the meats and they were all high quality and freshly sliced and the crust was that wonderfully harmonious combination of crunchy and chewy. Topped off with a welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff and video games!, we just found us a little ‘slice’ of heaven!

Just moved to the area and thought we would try them out. Won’t go again. Very noisy at 8 on a Friday — lots of kids yelling, but staff yelling too. We had to flag down someone to take a app order. They don’t even bother with real cups — styrofoam cups and paper plates. «Garlic» bread barely tasted like garlic, mostly tasted like butter. Pizza was really greasy and spinach was out of a can and not even spread out on the pizza. Taste was mediocre. Service was terrible. When we were done and wanted to pay we had to flag down a different waitress after waiting forever — we could see our waitress, but she was sitting down at the table behind us eating pizza. One waitress brought the check a second finally ran us up. Meanwhile the owner(?) had gathered some of the staff at the table behind us and was lecturing them about not taking coupons while they ate in the dining room. Atmosphere and service was terrible, food mediocre and not fresh, wasteful, disposable cups and plates — no thank you!

Atmosphere pretty typical. 8 televisions, red vinyl booths and tables. Large space would be good for larger groups. The menu is what you would expect with some extras(pasta, subs, etc.). We tried the pizza and arancini. Both were okay, typical fare. Sauce appears to be canned, thin crust slightly better than average.

This is a tough one. I’m going to break this down and rate individually. Food: Pizza — 3 stars(it was soggy) not bad, but it was swimming when it made it to the table. I think the sauce is from a can/jar, and would be better if it was made fresh or at least cooked down, to thicken before adding to the dough. Mushrooms — delicious! The reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 2. Fresh mushrooms, cooked perfectly with tasty stuffing and topped with cheese. Calamari — not good. Completely flavorless, and they would be better off taking this off the menu. I didn’t care for the sweet tea either. I can see why there are complaints about the service, very spotty. We had four different people checking on us the first five minutes we were there, then, desolate. Difficult to get a refill, it’s like a really good disappearing act. I liked the décor, it’s a classic pizza parlor atmosphere, with a few video games to boot. The floors were cool, I like the stained concrete. The place was fairly clean. The service & calamari really hurt this review.

The food gets the star… certainly not the service. Went here today for lunch with my family. Ordered the calamari and a Greek salad as an appetizer. Wife said the salad was«good». As for the calamari… I’ve had worse, but you can tell it’s frozen product. Same goes for the marinara, probably from a can. Got a medium pizza, half cheese, half meat(pepperoni, sausage, ham, and bacon). The cheese tasted funny — not bad, but it was rubbery. The dough was OK I guess, the grease literally dripped out of each slice. Scale of 1 – 10, the pizza barely makes a 5. Now, on to the service… not that great. Girl was nice enough I guess but didn’t really check on us except to bring food out. My wife(who is pregnant and ravenously hungry at this point) is literally looking at our apps in the service window. What is the waitress doing… stacking cups and sorting silverware. Oh, and I didn’t mention that we are the ONLY patrons in the restaurant! The cook even informed her the food was up(we saw him do it) and she still took close to two minutes to grab our order and bring it to us. She really wanted to finish sorting silverware I guess… The ladies bathroom door doesn’t work correctly(not that I found this out first — my wife told me). Even with«special instructions» on how to lock the door my wife still needed help from the staff. That tells me the restaurant acknowledges the deficiency with the door, but just doesn’t want to fix it. Overall, not a great experience. We had high hopes for this place since we just moved here from DC and are in search of great NY style pizza. This isn’t the place. Sorry Fishhawk Pizza, we’ll look elsewhere.

Went here with my in laws for dinner. Family atmosphere. I ordered the eggplant parmigiana which comes with a salad and garlic knots. Mother in law got a sm special pizza. Father in law got the philly steak. The salad was your typical pizza place house. No complaints. The eggplant parm was not the best but cheesy and the sauce was a decent red sauce. It came with a side of pasta as well. I ate one bite. The pasta was so overlooked it was inedible. The MIL enjoyed her pizza thin chewy crust. She said the longer it sat the wetter it got. The FIL says his sandwich was really good. Came out piping hot. I don’t think I will come back here.
