Hired this co 2 months ago. Very attentive and actually show up to do the work. Employee is very nice and cares about his job. Found out they do repairs.

Severing a Long — Term relationship isn’t easy, but their service has gone way downhill in the last year. They were contracted for weekly cleaning (brushing tile, brushing down pool walls, emptying skimmer) and chemicals. The pool is green now and has been for a while. Chemicals are out of balance, pool guy has not been coming weekly (surveillance cameras prove it). The owner pushed back and refused to come by to discuss problems in person. If you had asked me two years ago, I would have said, yes, hire them, 5 stars. Now, not so much.
