DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS! When I asked that maintenance come do a touch up on the poor paint job, I came home to find a full-​fledged brush stroke across my chair and no touch up on the door like I requested. The employee also knocked my shelf off the wall and failed to leave a signed work order. They had carpet cleaners come to try to remove the paint stain, then when it didn’t come out, they offered to reupholster «just the back portion of the chair with the stain» like I need a patchwork chair! HOW RUDE! how completely unprofessional of Circa and Greystar, their management company. If a resident stains the carpet, do they replace just the portion that was stained? Cheap and unethical. See photo and decide for yourself if the destruction of my property was intentional or careless.
