When I asked that maintenance come do a touch up on the poor paint job, I came home to find a full-fledged brush stroke across my chair and no touch up on the door like I requested. The employee also knocked my shelf off the wall and failed to leave a signed work order. They had carpet cleaners come to try to remove the paint stain, then when it didn’t come out, they offered to reupholster«just the back portion of the chair with the stain» like I need a patchwork chair! HOWRUDE! how completely unprofessional of Circa and Greystar, their management company. If a resident stains the carpet, do they replace just the portion that was stained? Cheap and unethical. Decide for yourself if the destruction of my property was intentional or careless. Regardless, Greystar is at fault.

Apartments are brand new which is nice. Pool and clubhouse are awesome! And at some point the outdoor kitchen will be finished. Staff in office is terrible! Not very helpful at all and they appear to be understaffed. I was in the lobby waiting for about 30 minutes & there were 2 potential clients walked out as they no longer wanted to wait. One guy told me this was the 2nd time he had been there and still couldn’t get anyone to help him. Apartments themselves are nicely appointed but overall the place is very loud, and not because of the ongoing construction but because the quality is not great, seriously you can hear everything. I get that’s it’s apartment living but this is far worse than some of the other places I have looked at. If it’s bad during the day I hate to imagine what it’s like at night when it’s full of residents. Someone on the first floor in the main building has birds and they are incredibly loud, if I lived around that unit it would drive me crazy.
