I will not recommend this office at all! I have never felt so cheated by a doctors office before. I walk in to get seen by the doctor and I was told my insurance will get billed. They asked for my insurance cards and they charged me my co-pay. While I was being seen by the doctor, my insurance never got contacted. They advised they would take care of it. Days later, I went to look for my insurance cards and remembered I had left them at the doctors office. When I called to ask for my insurance cards they advised I owed $ 64.00 dollars. I asked the lady at the front desk(which appears to not know what she is doing) to as why I owed this amount. She was rude & advised it was because they don’t bill medical Insurances and she knew that from the day I went in, but I NEVER got advised. She said oh sorry come get your cards and pay the bill in a condescending demeanor. Worst service ever! Horrible!

My insurance through my employer changed to EyeMed which forced me to find another optometrist. Dr. Lilly was able to schedule the following day so I took appt. After waiting 30 mins in chair for Dr to come the exam was speedily done and I left. I took prescrion to Lenscrafters to have lenses put in because I bought my own frames. Lenscraters informed me my vision wasn’t corrected to 20⁄20. I was never informed of this. I contacted my previous Dr and they confirmed corrected to 20⁄20 in 2014. I contacted Dr Little’s office to ask why I wasn’t informed and they said they would call me back. I never received callback and now have to pay 125 out of pocket for another exam. I’m reporting the Dr to EyeMed because I was never informed my vision not corrected to 20⁄20. I would advise anyone to avoid this place!

Went there after my eyeglasses were broken through an accident. They said they were not repairable. I knew that, However, they also said I needed, a new eye exam, as well as new lenses and a new frames, but what I really needed was a new frame, the lenses were fine So they sold me on a whole new package, and the glasses immediately were no good. so they told me I needed to get used to them, I tried. for two weeks. I came back, they gave me a new eye exam, and ordered(supposedly) new lenses. After another two weeks of waiting, I finally got my new glasses. Same problem. Again, I needed to get used to them. THEYARENOTINTERESTEDINYOU, JUSTINSELLINGYOU A WHOLENEWPACKAGE, EXAM, FRAMESANDLENSES. BTW, tried using crazy glue after the second attempt, only to get glue on the lenses, making them very poor. However, they were still bettr for reading that the lousy pairs they sold me. And they could never acknowledge their mistake.

Came in for an emergency repair and they were extremely accommodating! The optometrist was free and repaired our glasses on the foot-they were flow when I went in; I will be back and look forward to supporting my local opptometrist

RUN, don’t walk to any other vision care office. I came to Fish Hawk Family Eyecare for a routine eye exam and ended up in the ER at Brandon Regional Hospital due to the negligent care I received here. In addition, I needed and am still in need of more follow up care by an Eye Care Specialist, which Dr. Lilly refuses to pay for even though it is a result of the poor care I received at her office. Pass on Dr. Mary Lilly and her staff at Fish Hawk Family Eyecare, for your own health’s sake.

It seems the employees there are not very responsive. Had a few bad experiences: called and nobody picks up the phone, voice messages left behind are not returned. Did not receive a call when glasses/contacts were ready for pickup — I had to call after not hearing for a week just to find out they had been ready days earlier.

This is not a patient friendly practice that actually wants to help you. I came in for a simple 5 minute request. Please look and see if my soft contact lens had gotten up under my eye lid. I was visiting this area and told them that and yet I had to fill out a raft of new patient paperwork and was THEN told that this was a medical procedure and not a vision procedure and the cost would be $ 54 to spend 5 minutes looking at my eye. This is not a doctor or at least not a staff that cares about anything but your money or they would have offered to do this 5 minute look as a courtesy since I was clearly having trouble. BEWARE is all I say! They won’t be doing you any favors that’s for sure.

All four members of my family go here and we’re all very happy with them. The staff is outstanding and all of prescriptions were perfect.
