I went to Checkers yesterday. The young lady took my order. When I got to the window, my father accidentally spilled some of the drink on himself. He then asked her if she could give him another lid. The young lady then proceeded to hand him the drink. I began to notice that she had an attitude. When she gave us our food, I noticed that we were missing a sandwich. I told her that we were missing a burger. She responded with an attitude. She stated that I only asked for 3 burgers. I told her that I asked for 4 burgers but I assumed that it was a misunderstanding. She then proceeded to tell me that I had to pay cash for the burger. I agreed and then gave her a 5 dollar bill to take care of the difference. She then SNATCHED the money out of my hand. I told her that her response was unnecessary. My father then asked her for her name because of her attitude. She said her name was Princess but on the receipt the name was Paulette. She then told us to do whatever we needed to do. Her attitude was uncalled for. I WILLNOT return to this place as long as Princess or anyone else with this attitude is working there. I normally do not complain about my experiences. Even when I do not have a good experience, I normally let things slide. However, the level of disrespect that I received from this young lady was unprofessional. I have even taken time to report this to the corporate office.

This checkers suck! I just there ordered a number 11 med plain coke and a 4 piece cheese sticks. My fiancé ordered a 5 chicken wings cooked extra crispy. My chicken sandwich wasn’t plain and neither did the cashier even ring up my cheese sticks. My fiancé wings wasn’t cooked well done extra crispy and to top it off we found hair in our fries! Also all our food was upside down xin the bag like they just tossed out food in the bag w/out a care in the world. I would like to give this restaurant zero stars but the system will not allow me to do so. So therefore I give it one.

I have never had checkers before coming to Atlanta, but goddamn. Amazing. You can’t go wrong here. Everything is great. Just clear your schedule for the rest of the day, because you aren’t going to get anything done. I’ll never understand why anybody in Georgia would go to McDonalds or Burger King when this place is open. On the other hand, I regret what it has done to my waistline, and the lack of indoor seating is a problem. Can’t say I understand why they treat the sauces like state secrets, either. Anyways, the awesomeness of Checkers is not breaking news to anybody in the Atlanta area, but I figured I owed them a review after my 50th visit to this location.
