McDonald’s

How can it take 30 minutes to make 1 hotdog? Slowest McD ever! Obviously the workers are very inefficient as there are lots of people working and very few customers. I could run circles around them all!

I went to this McDonald’s on 11/​16/​2015 & 11/​17/​2015. I ordered a Southwest Salad with a extra grill chicken breast and the young lady that waited on me at the 2^nd window, her name was Sherease (I think). On the sale receipt it states KS# 13. I ordered my usual and with a cup of water. She gave me a kiddie cup and I asked if she would give me a larger cup of water and she rudely said, we are not supposed to do that. I said «it’s just a cup of water» and she gave me a cup larger than the smaller one (small if it’s a drink). The cup was half full ridiculous. I asked also if I can have one vinaigrette and one southwest salad dressing because she gave me two vinaigrettes. I can not believe that the young lady asked for the other dressing back in order to give me dressing for the salad I purchased.
This visit showed me how not to treat customers. I believe that billion dollar company which is internationally recognized would be embarrassed with such employment. It is because of customers that retail stores are operating and they have a job. I definitely think that McDonald’s should check Starbuck quality of training and implement it with their employees. I will not be returning and I will spread the word to my colleagues regarding this!

How is this store always out of mayo packs for a sandwich that you must ask for mayo pack, they are never consistent in the Hood

Service is good as before; however, I took one star off because of the simple fact that the Internet absolutely SUCKS in here. According to my
app, download speeds were 0.07MB/s, and upload speeds were 0.25MB, which is pathetic…
Ohhhhh, if only McDonalds upped their Internet speeds, that would make a difference! They have a few plugs available for plugging in, but even to access a web page in here with their Internet isn’t good at all. I ended up switching over to my LTE connection on my phone in order to surf the web…
Other than that, the food is what you would expect from McDonalds: OK…

Great service and very clean! There is literally a lady here cleaning all the fixtures and things. The bathroom was even cleaner. Great pit stop on a road trip! My daughter wandered around the restaurant without bugging anyone. It looks like their drive thru is 20 times as busy as inside.

This place sucks

worst MC Donalds ever. they are the rude and ghetto. last time I went the cashier swiped my card at the drive thru then said we don’t got no receipts… smh… should have checked my bag before I left and as always something was missing after I was told to wait 15 mins on my food. To be specific most of my meal was missing… I had no receipt so I could no get my missing items… I will not go there again, I will go to Qt and get something frozen before I return to that MC d.

Avoid this establishment AT ALL COSTS! The service sucks, and they look at you stupid when you complain about it. If you go through drive-​thru, CHECK YOUR ORDER! It is guaranteed they have forgotten something.

If you want ice cream, don’t stop here. The machine is always broken???
