This place is horrible, horrible, horrible. The food is nasty as hell. The service is horrible. Fifteen people behind this grill and no-​one can cook.

I was impressed that it started with someone bringing our silverware in a cup of hot water. Not sure if that is a good touch or not. But i know many people do that before they eat.
The waitress took our order right away. So that was good since we were a group of 5.
They brought out the meat in separate plates. Makes for a lot if plates on the table. No big deal. Drop the meat on the egg plate and give the meat plate back. Lol
I had steak, over med eggs and loaded hash browns. Nice way to start the day off.
If you looking for good healthy food this is not your place. But if looking for a good cheaper breakfast. This is your spot.

Since this Waffle House is under new management the food was much better. I didn’t want to go back there because of my first experience at this place, but my brother wanted to meet me there. I am glad we did because the waitress that stated that she doesn’t eat there is no longer there & the foods was great.

I waited 10 minutes to place a order over the phone (I can hear the employee taking a personal call on her cell). Then when she came back she thought it was funny to tell me «we’re out of all stars» didn’t think it was funny at all… needless to say I’m never going there again, the one by Walmart (snellville) is way better.

Slow, surly, and rude. The last time I ate here, no one said a word when I walked in. I sat down and timed the waitress, and it took 12 minutes to get a cup of coffee. They were not busy at all. Now I go 3 miles up 124 to the Centerville location, where they know how to treat customers.

I have never liked this location & I’m convinced it only gets business because it’s located next to the DMV. There motto «good food fast» should be changed to «adquete food, slowly». I usually go about 3 miles out of my way to go to the better waffle house in the opposite direction.
