They have the best Eggs Benedict. We have been several times, and always enjoy it. Great service too. Great low key place for a week day dinner.

Order chicken Sammy and to my dismay it was out within 5 minutes. The ubiquitous preformed chicken patty in the microwave. It’s a damn shame what we’re being served in the US that is considered«food»

You walk in and there is a dirty smell. .like an old 70s diner. The seat was torn and the tabletop was tacky. I typically will not order if a spot has a certain. .smell.but I played it safe and got a burger. who messes up a BURGER? No flavor .but the fries were good and so was the drink.

Very big menu with something for everyone at reasonable prices. Full bar. Open 24 hours. Amazing deserts. We couldn’t eat anything more after our meal so we got deserts to go.

The service was EXTREMELYSLOW. Ordered the garden omelette, home fries, and bacon. The food was cold after the 25 minute wait on a sunday at 11:30AM. The homefries were bland, the omelette was okay but might’ve been better if it weren’t cold. The bacon was probably the only thing that was fine. When we were finished we had to go to the counter to pay and there was one girl to fill the dessert orders, take incoming customers, and take care of those that were paying and leaving. I think you know what I’m saying… THATTOOKFOREVER. I honestly don’t know why this place is packed. I don’t understand the hype behind this place. The food is mediocre and the wait is ridiculous. They are extremely understaffed and I rather be at Waffle House on any given sunday.

Excellent food, service, and prices. While staying at stone mountain we stopped by for dinner and then for breakfast as it was so good. No complaints. Their menu is extensive from but he does down to omelettes. They also have delicious pitas and other Greek food. Their cakes looks so phenomenal too.

This place is seriously crazy and quirky. It is a diner through and through, with everything from breakfast to spaghetti to Greek food. But then, there’s a bar in the middle and neon lights everywhere that make it look like a night club. The drink specials are really good and the price is right. It’s in a sketchy part of town, which I was not wild about, but the food and service were really good. Everything was cooked to order and very fresh and flavorful. I would definitely visit again, if ever in the ATL.

Gets the job done, but nothing special. We have dined here a couple times and found the items we chose from the lengthy menu to be bland. There are choices of breakfast, Greek, Italian, and all American fare. Service is what you’d expect at a diner, short and mildly sweet. Sometimes a bit forgetful when the place is busy. There is a full bar, but I do not see this as being a place to grab drinks and watch the game. There is a cake fridge up front. Right off 78, with plenty of parking.

Very nice place. While staying at Stone Mountain we took seven family members out to eat here. Three orders of fajitas were all delicious. The turkey melt and patty melts were great with tasty fresh rye bread. The bacon/ham/turkey club wrap was fresh and delicious. Don’t miss the key lime pie and the red velvet cheesecake. Our only, very small, complaint was that the service was a little slow. They were busy and unfailingly gracious all of our requests. FYI groups of 6 or more are surcharged an 18% gratuity.

It’s ok. It was a good thing we weren’t in a hurry because it was s.l.o.w. It took almost two hours to eat. The food was good and the prices were reasonable.

After a morning walk around Stone Mountain, my friend and I wanted to try something new for lunch. I’ve passed by the Metro Café Diner on my way home several times, but this time we wanted to stop by and try it out. I was very disappointed with the service here. When we walked in, we were not acknowledged at all. The sign says to wait to be seated. So, we did. There were 3 employees at the cash register. 1 was helping a couple choose a slice of cake to take home and the other 2 were just walking back and forth and observing the restaurant. But, no one greeted us or offered to seat us. Finally after calling to someone’s attention, we were seated. It took a good 15 minutes for a waitress to come over and take our order. I understand it was a busy Sunday afternoon. But still, 15 minutes is a little too long. Anyway, I ordered the Combination Greek Platter, which had pita bread, gyro meat, beefsteak, chicken meat, spanakopita, a salad, with 1 olive, 1 soggy and mushy canned grape leaf and an inch of feta cheese. It also came with fries and some tzatziki sauce. I was happy with the portion of the food. While it sounds little, it was a lot of food. My friend ordered the Moussaka. 10 minutes later the manager stops by to tell us that they’re out of moussaka. My friend decided to get the same plate I did. We were very content with the portion and taste of the food. It was really good. But, we were disappointed at the service and will most likely not return.

I love it here. The service is always amazing and the food is delicious. I only have 4 instead of 5 stars because of the 4 times I’ve been here, I had an order mistake of some kind 3 times. But, I promise, its never a big deal and they always do what they can to ensure we are happy. I love it here.

First and last time we will visit this restaurant. I ordered the stuffed grape leaves appetizer. They did not prove to be very appetizing at all. They had sort of a sour tasting in a rancid way and they were stuffed with some kind of mush that was unidentifiable. For my entrée I ordered the catfish with mash potatoes and the dinner included a salad. Well I «upgraded» to a Caesar Salad which turned out to be more of a down grade. There was no cheese on the salad, the croutons were more like bread crumbs they were so small, and the dressing was watered down and was bland. The catfish breading was too thick and the mashed potatoes were smothered in brown gravy. There was no mention the mashed potatoes came with gravy on the menu. I don’t eat gravy on my potatoes. Now onto my husband’s meal. He ordered the country fried steak with mashed potatoes and black beans and rice. The steak was not fresh, the rice in the beans was saffron rice(who puts saffron rice in black beans and rice?) and the potatoes, again, smothered in gravy. Albeit he likes gravy but he has his limits. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because our server, Amber, was awesome.

Mario is the best manager I’ve ever came across on handling customers and making them feel welcomed. My food is always delicious and timely. I always get my Mediterranean omelette with chicken. YUM! I do try other meals from time to time and they are always delightful.

Went in on a Sunday to have Brunch with my Husband and it was pretty crowded which is expected, so we had to wait about 15 mins. After our wait we were seated and I ordered a short stack with home fries and sausages, my husband decided to get chicken and shrimp fettuccine Alfredo. Our drinks come after 5 Mins and our food 10 mins later. I wish I would have taken a picture of our food… My pancakes looked like they almost forgot about them, they were dark brown and kinda hard, my home fries looked like they boiled a potato and then just smashed it up and added chopped onions and bell peppers to it. My husbands Alfredo sauce was so watery it looked more like soup. Oh! And they forgot to bring my sausage which was the only thing that I enjoyed about my breakfast! Our waitress was pretty nice, but our food was not good at all… We didn’t even finish our meal. My husband and I have been here a few times and the food has always been pretty good but this past visit… I don’t know. Maybe because they were so busy. The cakes looked good but from a past experience I’ll pass. Maybe we’ll go back when they don’t have much of a crowd.
