Mojo Asian Cuisine & Sushi Bar

Food is good but the service even just to get a table is horrific. The hostess spends all of her time taking care of take out orders while people wait to give their name, even though there are numerous tables cleaned and empty. This causes confusion in the lines for both eat in and take out customers as the small waiting area fills beyond capacity for no good reason. I watched while they failed to seat anyone for 20 minutes while, at least 6 large tables were available. Take out isn’t much better service because they enter orders by phone number but make many mistakes. Definitely will not ever return.

Never refilled our water until after we finished our food, however, I watched them refill other guests. Other than that, great food! The atmosphere is very comforting. I love the how neatly and beautiful the dishes I ordered were presented.

Stopped in to have lunch which turned out to be a great delight. Was greeted by a very welcoming hostess then served by a very nice young lady who seem genuinely happy to serve our lunch. She was always smiling. The restaurant is clean an smells amazing, I just need to eat something, we ordered sushi and I must say it was wonderful. I will definitely come back once I’m in this area of PA again…

My family goes here regularly and we have been met with fantastic service everytime. The food here is always delicious. The menu offers everyone’s favorite Asian dishes and then kicks them up a notch with excellent quality. You always get your food quickly upon placing your order. Even on homecoming night (when they were swamped with groups of dates), our meals came out in a matter of 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this to anyone who loves sushi or even to people who don’t, since their shrimp fried rice is to die for. This great restaurant has us always coming back.

Between a three and four star rating but I will give them the benefit of the doubt since last night was my first experience and there were many positives. After some yoga and a massage at Float a few doors down I stopped in to pick up some takeout (or carryout as some of you call it).
I placed an order for chicken with Thai green curry (my ultimate «healthy» comfort food) and it was ready in less than 10 minutes! It was reasonably priced, they didn’t charge extra for brown rice (I hate when places do that), and the chicken and vegetables in the curry were all perfectly cooked and had great texture. So what was the issue? The sauce was the wateriest, weakest green curry sauce that ever existed. It almost didn’t even taste like green curry… but water with a drop or a few drops of green curry paste.
Too bad, but I have to give credit where credits due and as I mentioned the rest of it was very good. The brown rice was cooked perfectly and still good the next day. The egg roll was crispy, fresh, and satisfying if a bit greasy. I’d go back!

Maybe it was just what I ordered? I seemed to be very unlucky today. Mapo Tofu — which here was slimy, overspiced tofu soup. A dish I happen to really enjoy other places left me wanting it somewhere else. The green tea tasted burned. Is that possible? Not sure why, just wasn’t right.
My partner’s food was excellent and it made me wonder, maybe I ordered the wrong dish. I’d be willing to try it again. No mapo tofu thanks.

Really enjoyed the Godzilla Roll that I had here! The service is alright, and the ambiance is great. A good place for a date night.
On Valentines Day a group of us BYOB and sat in the «Hobbit Room». What a fun time before 50 Shades of Gray at Penn Cinema.

This is my favorite Asian restaurant around. I come here regularly with my friends, and have introduced quite a few of them to Asian cuisine in this restaurant. The miso soup is fantastic, the General Tso’s is exquisite, and the atmosphere is calming and makes your meal an experience rather than just a meal. The sushi is amazing: I always get the Godzilla roll or the Blushing Lava roll! The sashimi and oshinko roll are always very refreshing, as well as almost everything that includes salmon. The only roll I would rate as four stars is the Futo Maki, it was rather dry and the pieces were far too large. The waitstaff here are very professional and helpful, but are generally somewhat difficult to converse with and can seem curt. They had a new hostess the other day, however, who was very friendly and focused on the customers. I hope she is working when I go back for dinner this weekend.

My favorite sushi restaurant in Lancaster! I love the spicy tuna roll — so great! The lunch specials are definitely worth the price. You can do specials with rolls and soup/​salad.
I would give Mojo 5 stars, except on occasion the service is extremely slow.

Food is good, service is not. Unfriendly waitress and not attentive. The waiters and waitresses all need a course in customer service. They drop the food off and never ask if it is good or if you need any thing.

My family and I have been coming to Mojo for a few years, it’s usually very good, though there are some nights when it’s okay food, and some nights it’s amazing (probably depends on the chef that’s working that night).
No complaints on customer service, it’s a smidge pricey but you taste the higher quality. Overall, I’d recommend it to a friend.

Great sushi, always fresh. Have been going to Mojo’s about once a month for several years and never had a bad experieince. Service is fast and I like the atmosphere. It also is never too crowded which makes for a nice evening out. If you are in the area, check out Mojo, right next to Knight and Day Diner

brought me noodles n duck sauce. cleaned out my sinus cause I was feeling sickly.

Went on a Wednesday night around 7:30 after my sons basketball game.
Food wasn’t bad. Not out of this world and had better. California rolls were good. Spicy tuna roll was tasty enough. 2rolls that are super basic. Got the ocean safari roll special. It was a good size roll ⁸⁄₉ pieces and it had a kick to it. Still, hands done, Wasabi in Willow Street White Fox and Shrimp Tempura Rolls have been the ones to beat for me.
As far as the service… sorry to say… awful:(. The roll she originally recommended she came back and said they didn’t have anymore. Got the spicy tuna roll instead. Ordered drinks and never got them. Asked twice. No refills of course. My son and husband were finished their meals by the time my ocean safari came out. Check came and she kept the king crab roll on it and just gave a coupon difference for the spicy tuna instead. Odd way of billing someone. It wasn’t crowded and there really wasn’t any reason for poor service. Maybe others may have better luck. If the service wasn’t bad it would’ve been a good enough experience and would go again.
Can’t say I’d go back.

Good food; lousy service.
They have reasonably priced lunch specials, and the food was pretty good. Given the poor service though I probably won’t return anytime soon.
*They also wouldn’t let me substitute noodles for rice (normally its just an up charge)…

I dine here at least once per week. The food is reliably good, the service is above average, and the prices are reasonable. They have always customized my order without any hesitation.

Stopped in to pick up lunch order. Had the special which was «Ocean Safari» shrimp tempura, cucumber & avocado inside. Topped with baked scallop. Drizzled with spicy sauce. Yummm! Also had the Tokyo Roll & Fancy Dragon. Both very good!

One of my friend worked there and I used to go back to the kitchen visit her. Their kitchen is SO dirty. Their cooks have no knowledge about food safety and their dish washer guy was wearing tank top and shorts with sandals. Flies and bugs were every where. I saw one server dropped a piece of food on the floor and he picked up and put back in the plate and went out served to people.
If you don’t want to eat dirty food, go somewhere else.

This is our go to Asian restaurant!
The sushi is great, the service is excellent (fast and friendly), and they’re awesome with customizing orders.
Actually, we have never had anything bad here.

Decent Asian restaurant in the middle of Amish country no-​where!
Came here twice with my coworker. The food both times were 4 stars! Sushi rolls were above average for a non-​authentic asian place, the $ 6.99 lunch specials are a great deal: Green and red Thai curry were both very flavorful. The service was rather disappointing both times. First time, our waitress was a complete (fill in the blank, rhymes with Enron), drinks were not refilled despite asking several times, food came out really slow and our orders were screwed up. Then we ordered the tempura ice-​cream and by the time she brought it out, it had already melted b/​c she forgot about our order and it was left sitting in the kitchen for a long time.
2^nd time, got a waiter who was a space cadet and stared blankly at us as if we were speaking Martian. Once again, drinks not filled, and once he brought us our food, he disappeared and never to be seen again.
I would probably only do take-​out orders from here since the service is just terrible!
