Let me start by saying that the address is wrong. I believe this is domino’s address. To begin of all the pizza shops I believe papa johns has the freshest ingredients. I see them cutting whole onions green peppers and tomatoes fresh in the back of the restaurant. The service is fast and friendly. As for the store itself, definitely the most clean in all of lititz. Granted they are new but it is well maintained. I order at least once a week and have never had an issue. They have never forgotten any of my sauces or sodas. I can’t say that about any other pizza place in lititz.

First ordered delivery shortly after their opening. The dough wasn’t cooked through and the cheese was particularly greasy. We thought that it was just a newbie mistake and gave them another go today; it ended up being considerably worse. The Buffalo Chicken pizza was barely edible and the thin crust extra cheese pizza tasted like grease on cardboard. Lititz has more than enough pizza places, so I’m not overly broken up that this one is a complete dud.

I’d love to offer a review for this establishment but the address and location on your map in lititz are wrong, fyi. Ordered our food through the app. Dessert Pizza was a cinnamon pizza and was slightly burnt, past that food was excellent. Delivery was fast. Price was reasonable.

I can’t believe that papa johns is still in business. Honestly. Pizza is too doughy, sauce is too sweet, product is OVERPRICED. I don’t care about your«better ingredients». We had a 50% off coupon and it was still OVERPRICED. I picked up our order, shop was a disorganized mess. Compete opposite experience from the well run burrito place(Moe’s) which opened in a similar timeframe next door.

Well, another pizza shop hits the greater Lititz area– Papa Johns. This is good ‘formula’ pizza and if you love Papa Johns in Ohio, you’ll love it here. I think the thing that often is apparent when buying from a chain in different locations is the training and quality of employees. Since the pizza probably won’t disappoint, the training of the Lititz employees might. One would think that a franchisee with that much money invested would be more hands on to ensure that the launch of their venture would leave a better first impression. I’ve lived here my whole life and I have yet to replace the taste of a Zangari pizza, but I think the staff of the Lititz Papa John’s should have been better prepared to serve customers. I’m just saying.
