A very nice man, but very disorganized! I’ve shown up for appointments a few minutes early and nobody was at the office. I was often left waiting in my car for someone to come and open the door, often later than my scheduled appointment. Massage therapists show up very late or not at all. The first time, she was 30 minutes late and because of another appointment, I couldn’t get my massage. The next time, she didn’t show up at all so the doctor gave me a complimentary adjustment so my time wasn’t a complete waste. The third time, I showed up for a scheduled appointment and the receptionist was leaving to go to lunch, ready to lock up! She had no idea I was coming, and again the therapist didn’t show up. I have wasted a lot of time and $$ trying to work with this office, but I can’t spend hours waiting for them to figure out what they are doing. Very unprofessional!
