Love, love, LOVE this store! They are always able to answer my questions and help with anything I need. They have special ordered items for me and are always prompt in getting my items. I love bringing in all my foster puppies and my own dogs and letting them get love and sniff out the store. It’s a weekly stop.

Very nice store. They have a lot of specialty food that cannot be found just at any place (and I’ve had to travel far to find). They even brought the food out to my car! Such great customer service. Very impressive for my first visit. Now we don’t have to drive so far.

This place has a very knowledgeable staff and can help recommend food for your pet. Best of all is their guarantee: you can return or replace the food you buy if your pet for whatever reason does not eat it all. They also have a great selection of toys, treats and supplies.

This is such a cute little quaint place. They have a very large variety of foods and toys! We have a 4 lb. baby who refuses to play with even small toys — she literally needs teeny tiny toys and this place has a lot! The woman who we talked to was awesome and took the time to look up ingredients in our current food to see if they could offer a similar food cheaper — thanks! The only thing that kept it from a 5-​star was that there was food/​treats on the ground and my dog snuck some which I didn’t appreciate considering how sensitive his stomach is. Other than that, we will definitely go back, just not within our dogs!

The staff was VERY knowledgable, and very nice! They are helpful with everything from looking up our current dog food ingredients list that is no longer available, to recommending a similar dog food that is actually healthier for my fur babies! They had great products, adoption services, a very nice and clean store, plus friendly service They have a buy 10, get the 11th bag of dog food free promos with certain brands, and great recommendations for dog treats that are best for your needs and breed type. They also have a satisfaction guarantee on their dog food that if your dogs don’t like the food you buy, you can return it for a refund, and they donate the unused food to animal shelters We used to shop at Pet’s Barn in San Antonio, but since we moved to Little Elm this month, we’re pleasantly surprised to have a store of this quality available
