Thus place truly does suck. After receiving a badge wallet as s gift, I went to try an exchange it because of the wrong size badge. Well who ever was working on April 6 @ 5:20 was a real jerk. All he kept saying was that it was store policy and that he can’t help me. The wallet was never used and still in the plastic. What a freakin disgrace. As a MOS for 29 years I have spent thousands of $ at this place and this is how they treat their loyal customers. Never again with this place. What was the big freakin deal. Go to hell turnout especially the jerk that was working there today.
