Tables need to be clean… kitchen looks ok. Could be better… Owners are nice; especially the lady. Guessing it’s a family business. Food ok. Not the best. Prices are fair. Wouldn’t suggest this place. Maybe if you’re hungry at home, order pizza. The place inside is filthy. At least push the chairs in. Waited 40 mins for a chicken parm. Too much cheese. Chicken bland. Bread soggy. Looked like a dirty diaper. Chicken Looked microwaved. As I’m typing this the owner is inside, drinking a coffee. Doesn’t even push the chairs in or clean the tables. If u want check it out for ur self. Btw the chicken parm was like the size of my arm. Too over portioned.

Same great owners for more than twenty years! Whenever I go to New Jersey, I always make a stop here. The pizza is not as great as it was fifteen years ago, but they still make the best chicken cutlet hero.

They deserve no stars. There food is horrible, ordered a couple of sandwiches there on New Year’s Day and they are so cheap with the ingredients and they did not even taste good, plus they over charged me on my food. Will never ever go to this location again.

Wow, this place is in SERIOUS need of a face lift! I’m not sure how I even ate here but I gave it a try. I ordered 2 plain slices that were mediocre. The staff seems absent minded and did not really care what was going on. The whole time I was eating, I kept staring at the hundreds of dusty(actually, dusty doesn’t even begin to describe it) pictures and«flare» on the walls. If this place did an extreme cleaning and dared to put a fresh coat of paint of the walls, I’m sure they would get more customers. C’mon guys, some Clorox will do you wonders. If the dining area was that dirty, I can’t imagine how dirty the kitchen is. I will not be back.

Pizza was OK. Owners were very nice to me and especially to my son. Prices were very reasonable. Definitely would return for a quick meal if in the area.

Decent sandwich but really. nearly $ 4 up charge on 2 meals to use a credit card? Fast delivery but won’t be ordering again. $ 28 for a sandwich, fries and an app is ridiculous. We could’ve had a much better meal for that.

all what has been written badly about neils pizzeria can be only categorized under just one wor«BULLSHItTTT» my family, my friends, and I have been ordering from this pizzeria over 7 years now. We are good friends with them. they only high up their menu when the food prices go up. also, they do their best. Give me one pizzeria that opens 7 days a week from 11 till 11 non stop, fast deliveries with only one chef !!! Come on plzzz be fair!!! These people don’t know what vacation means just to keep serving little ferry, Moonachie, Hackensack, south Hackensack, Carlstadt and bogota the best Italian food in no time.

After a visit to the post office, my wife and I were a little hungry. We saw this place and decided to try them out… Here’s what I think… 1. I don’t care that they are San Francisco 49er fans(pictures and posters everywhere), the place needs a good cleaning. They have a hockey stick on the wall that has about a 2in coating of dust on it. Do you know how disgusting that is? 2. I don’t know how old the graded cheese you put on your pizza is, but I think that needs to be kept refrigerated especially on a hot day. 3. It’s never a good sign when you want to go grab a soda out of the fridge and there’s boxes of motor oil on the floor! Are you going to give me an oil change if I buy a pie? Get rid of it, it’s a pizzeria not a auto shop. Food: Overall… The pizza is not bad. It is what it is. The garlic knots in my opinion stink! It’s like left over dough that they just sprinkled garlic powder on. When you bite into it, it’s all plain and doesn’t have a good taste to it. I must say, the guy serving up the pizza was friendly… That was the only thing saving this place from a 1 star rating!

This place is out right dirty, how can a restaurant not clean cobwebs from the ceiling? I have no idea, my wife & I had a few slices of pizza from here, we won’t be back…

I’ve been coming here for 20 yrs and my company has their Christmas parties catered from here for the last 10 yrs. Anyone that doesn’t like their pizza doesn’t know what good pizza is. And I’ve eaten pizza everywhere in the Tri-State area. There is a reason why they have been in business for over 20 years.

A hole in the wall pizzeria adjacent to Royal Billiards. The pizza is certainly pizza by definition, but when it comes to my definition of pizza, it falls flat. …miserably flat. The crust is chewy, the sauce is from a can and salty, and the cheese is unevenly distributed. Many a time growing up, my friends and I would grab a slice here before venturing into Royal Billiards. Thankfully my tastes have changed and sites like Unilocal are able to help differentiate contenders and pretenders in the«pizza by the slice» game. Weak sauce…
