While it does not have all the trappings you’d expect at a rich country’s consulate, the staff was friendly and helpful. A staffed receptionist desk, a telephone that lets you speak to a real live human, and a more central location in Manhattan would have been nice.
Waiting in the lobby for someone to key code the elevator (first visit) or walking up the stairs with a staffer because the elevator was commandeered by another tenant for construction.
Bottom line is I was able to accomplish what I needed to and was finished by the date promised.
