We usually call in orders at least once a week. Our orders have been incorrect the last five times we have ordered. I called Brett the manager and he told me that he would make it right and take care of our next order for free. I called in our next order and explained the situation. The girl said it would be ready in 10 – 15 min. We get there to pick it up and it’s not ready. The girl did not even attempt to call me to let me know that the order was not processed. We wait about 20min to find out that Kyle, who shouldn’t be allowed to manage anything that breathes, was not able to process the order that Brett told me would be complementary. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. And I manage and work in customer service and you never let a client leave unhappy. No wonder this place only has 3 stars… Brett you need to fire yourself and hire someone to train your staff to take care of the issues you are having. Thanks for nothing! Wingstop will have our business now. Also upon leaving BWW we stopped at Chick-fil-a on Markham, we ordered and were asked to pull over and wait on the chicken. This wasn’t a problem at all. We waited less than 2 min and the guy that brought our food out have us all free chick-fil-a treat cards!!! Just for asking us to wait 2 min. And Brett couldn’t do his job. So sad! Guess where I will be returning!

Buffalo Wild Wings across the country have pretty consistent better than average food at a fair price. This location used to be a favorite, but the last 6 months has really gone down hill. Tonight there was a fight in the parking lot with the staff running out of the kitchen through the dining area to see what was going on and laughing about it like junior high kids. Using their cell phones to video the police dispatching the crowd. It was difficult to find a waitress to get a beer, food was extremely over cooked, celery tasted like Windex. The bar was almost empty even during a NFC championship game. Obviously this place has been going down for a long time. It will be at long time before I try it again. A real shame how far this place has fallen.

Consistently poor service. Horrible waiting staff. Ordered a simple flat bread, & they brought the flat bread to me uncooked, not to mention the fact that it wasn’t even the right flat bread. The waitress brings back another flat bread, this time cooked, but it looked like they just threw a bunch of toppings onto it and drenched it in this horrible vinaigrette sauce that made it utterly inedible. Drive 20 mins to NLR. Service isn’t much better but the food is at least edible.

The food was always good, but the quality of the service depends on what time you go. It’s been 50⁄50 for me.

I love love love Buffalo Wild Wings. Holly was a tentative and knowledgable bar tender. She also had some bad ass hair.

This BWW location has had a mixed history. About two years ago, it was made infamous after a server spit on the lunch of a policeman and was caught upon video review. They did a so-so job of customer relations to recover from that one. More recently, they have a lot of problems with employee turnover. The«Now Hiring» sign is always hanging out in front of the restaurant. Not sure why that is, but the frequency of new servers means that you never know what kind of service you are going to get. Even the manager positions are hard to keep filled. There is a manager from the BWW in Conway that I recognize because she is there so often. That said, there are a few long-term employees who do a great job and are very helpful. If I walk in the restaurant and Ashton is there, I make it a point to sit in her section. For the most part, the food is consistently good. Their onion rings are some of the best, and the wings and chicken tenders are always good. They have a wide array of draft beers(I’d guess about twenty) and quite a few bottled varieties. It is easy to tell that this is a corporate-driven chain. The first sign is the music selection. They have piped in music like a lot of restaurants, but apparently the local management has to ignore many of the dozens of available channels and only play one of the three dictated by the home office. Wouldn’t it make better sense to let the restaurant manager select a channel that appeals to his local clientele? The best thing about this BWW? For many sporting events, they are busy, but never crowded. You can show up just before game time, find a table in the bar area easily, and watch the game(s) that you’re interested in. On the other hand, the management never seems to know what games are on and which of them would appeal most to their local customers. It is annoying to show up at noon on an NFL Sunday and find no or just a couple of football games on. Only the manager on duty is allowed to change the channels, so you ask your server for a particular game and wait while they find the manager, who then tries to figure out which channel the requested game is on. By the time all this gets done, much of the first quarter has already passed. Advice to management: When your restaurant opens at 11am each day, review the sports events for that day and work out a schedule for which games need to be shown at what time. Avoid Saturday nights in the bar area altogether. They have karaōke after 10pm on Saturdays and it is terrible. My wife and i were there this past Saturday eating dinner with kids and friends, and when the singer that can’t carry a tune started setting up, everyone left, including us. Our waitress’s comment: «Now everyone is asking for their check, and we will be dead for the rest of the night.» If the employees know it, why doesn’t management know it? Best I can figure, the karaōke guy must be related to the manager(or has compromising pictures of him,) otherwise there is no way they would keep hiring him week after week. This BWW is one of my favorite places to eat because it is close to home, familiar, carries my favorite beer on draft, and allows me to watch all the sporting events that I can’t get at home from Comcast. It could be so much better, though.

Food was good. Service was okay. Glad I can dine on the patio with my dog, even tho the waitress was terrified of dogs. Would have been a slightly better visit if my water cup had stayed full.

I’m not sure if Unilocal will let me write a review with zero stars, but here goes. Walked in, no one would speak to us, which appeared to be a prerequisite to getting a seat. Finally, a mute server walked up to the podium, surveilled the extremely complicated seating chart, and walked away. Apparently stymied by the mysteries of the seating chart, he sought help from his 16 year old co conspirator. As the accomplice appeared to come to some conclusion, I noticed that the seating area was relatively bare, with the exception of a raucous group of nearly 25 people sitting in a secluded part of the restaurant. Buoyed by the logic known only to those who consider Katy Perry a viable source of artistic talent, we were seated in the midst of the revelry. And then we sat there for 45 minutes. I’d love to say that we dined and dashed, but there was no dining to be dashed from.

Slowest service. Ever. But the manager(Gabe) went out of his way to fix what they horde of terrible servers messed up. He has a better memory than most people with a pen and pad. And his server skills are ballin as manager

I’ve eaten here quite a few times, and the service has been meh, and the food has been meh(but that might have been my order). This last visit was *awesome.* I had an 8-peice, half medium buffalo and half desert heat boneless wing lunch special. Their fries were awesome, as were the wings. The real shining star was our waitress though! When we came in with our eleven-month-old kid, she flirted with him and everything, which is more-or-less normal tip-seeking server behavior, but then when she came back with our drinks, she brought us a celery and carrot basket with some ranch for him. After he ran out of that, she brought us another one. We never ran out of drinks, and then when it was time for what would be our last drink refil, she brought those of us who wanted one a disposable to-go cup without us asking for them or her offering it. So shines a good deed in a weary world…

I now go to wing stop for my buffalo wings. The service is just ok, the tvs are nice but I want to go for the beer and food. I’m not a fan of having my food messed with(spit in or otherwise tainted), as they have done to my coworkers. That has been taken care of but it still doesn’t make it right. And I have an issue with the gun policy. Personally I have a concealed carry and I do carry it. I wont eat in restaurants who are against concealed carry. I understand their perspective, and I have mine. I will eat elsewhere.

This place has the best wings ever! I love the dry rub desert heat wings and their pretzel bites are amazing. It’s a pretty big location so it’s perfect for families and friends to get together or to watch a game.

Went here for a going away party. We had a party of 18 and gave them a 5 day heads up. The manager seemed surprised when I showed up and didn’t really have a game plan for us. The service was bad despite the restaurant being slow. Our waiters were not very attentive. They would be around for a split second and then we wouldn’t see them for 15 minutes. When we ordered beer or soda, it would take them 15 minutes to bring it to us. Here’s the kicker: the place wasn’t busy and appeared over-staffed. I ordered fish tacos and they were mediocre. I do not recommend them. More or less, I got fish sticks with flavorless pico De Gallo and cabbage. I also requested Tabasco and it took them 10 minutes to find a bottle. My tacos were cold by the time they gave me Tabasco. When it came time to pay for our food, they messed up everyone’s check. We have been looking for a place for large-party going always and this place screwed up big time. We all felt neglected and were not satisfied. Overall, we weren’t happy. We felt like awkward house guests that were a burden. It wasn’t the worst experience ever but we didn’t enjoy ourselves. Waiters and waitress staff need some serious work.

Usually when I come here the food is decent and I love watching sports, but my most recent visit was horrible and ruined my night. I placed a to go order that was supposed to take 25 minutes. After 25 minutes I show up and have to wait about 15 minutes to talk to even talk to an employee only to find out my order hadn’t even been placed. That is unforgivable. Plus, half the waitresses look like they just rolled off a futon and stumbled into work. Hygiene matters.

My husband and I went on a very slow Monday, needless to say we won’t be back. Poor customer service skills. It literally took 30 mins to get our wings and when we got them, there was hair that was cooked into the wings we received. The waitstaff was standing around the bar and sitting at the bar. There were some customers sitting at a table next to us, and wanted a certain game on. The bartender put it on and changed the rest of the tv’s on a church channel which played throughout the restaurant. It was never changed, so we left after finishing our meal.

TVs TVs TVs. If you can’t get the game at your house, you will have no problem getting it here. It’s kind of like 2 restaurants in one. In one square of the restaurant was Booths and tables with TVs on the wall kinda of more family oriented feel. The other side of the restaurant was another open square you had to walk through a door to get into. I had a sports bar feel with barstools and tables. Food was ok, beer was cold game was on. I will come again

Visited after the Razorback game on Saturday. Good atmosphere and food. Just felt really bad for our server because it liked she and 1 other server had the entire back part of the restaurant. Staffing defiantely needs to improve for a better customer experience.

I love their wings. I love their long hours.(Until 1:30 am most days) I hate that they’re so effing far from where I’m staying, but I still drive 20 minutes just to get their fabulous wings. My first visit I stayed for a Primo Margarita on the rocks with a salt rim. It was pretty good. The 24 buffalo wings with buffalo sauce was pretty awesome too, for some reason they were the hottest of my visits. Buffalo Wild Wings pretty much monopolizes my food options since I get off work at around 12:20 am most nights. The place has a lot of TV’s. Most are on sports channels. I’m more of the Bravo TV kinda guy. I Heart their wings
