Best Sub Chain in the south… this one asks for your toppings when you order so it is just right by the time you get settled and paid at register.

I’ve been driving by Lenny’s Sub Shop a lot lately and finally decided to try it. I arrived at 7:40 pm on a Thursday night (Lenny’s closes at 8 pm) I didn’t really feel welcomed perhaps since it was near closing and it appeared that the workers were already in «shutdown mode»… Anyway, I ordered two sandwiches to go (a Hot Italian for me and a Deluxe Club for my brother). I was really surprised how tiny my sandwich was when I arrived at my brothers house. Also, the sandwiches looked kind of thrown together. The Deluxe Club didn’t have much taste either. For the price I would like to have had something better.

Delicious sandwiches fresh ingredients, great service, and priced fairly. Heads above Subway, a bit above Firehouse, and probably the best subs in Little Rock. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because it’s a PITA to park in the lot. Best bet is to park in the street outside the Embassy Suites.

Dependably good Lenny’s location in Little Rock. I hit it up after the prime lunch hours so it was relatively uncrowded. My food was brought out quickly and the service was friendly. I’ll still say, the cheesesteak with pepper relish can’t be beat at this place. I also like their commitment to putting as much mayo as possible on their cheesesteak which melts and combines with the cheese into a delightful cheesy fatty goo.

Westlake Village, CA

Super clean shop. The two guys there were extremely nice (is this an Arkansas thing?) and helpful (Italian sub vs. Philly Cheesesteak! Decisions!) A pretty decent selection of sandwiches, drinks, chips and cookies as well.
Food came up fast and fresh. Definitely worth stopping here for a quick bite. Pricier that Subway, but worth it.
