One word — Garbage. Slow, unprofessional and disgrace to the craft. Brought shoes in for just a heel repair. Came to pick them up and after having him look for the shoes for over 30 minutes its found the repairs were not done. He then tries to rush repair, but doesn’t have the correct color. So what does he do, he starts to paint my $ 100 shoes [the WRONG color] before asking if this was acceptable. Then when I pull a tazmanian devil move, he wants to give attitude. Had to argue for a refund, which he did not give. But I called the bank and took care of that.
NEVER, NEVER, NEVER take ANYTHING there for repair. If you do, you’ll get exactly what you’re asking for!

I had a similar experience to Jamie C. When I went to pick up my shoes a week after I had dropped them off, he couldn’t find them. After a 10 or 15 minute search, he found my shoes but they were never repaired. He told me to come back at a later time to pick them up, and he never apologized for this. I would not recommend this place to others.
