First time at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the waiter very accomodating and friendly. My only complaint is that they were out of decaf coffee. Seems to me that this is something that should be kept on hand all the time. Every table was full on the night my group met so the noise level was probably higher than usual. Would definitely go back if I knew they had coffee on hand to drink with my dessert!

This restaurant is inside Burgundy hotel.(Additional parking is in the back) Food: Artichoke dip: delicious! Prawns in grits: good Cioppino(big chunks of bass, prawns &1 scallop with squid ink pasta): Dish is prepared in a tomato base soup with olive oil and garlic. Sooo Good! Highly recommend this dish. This was the perfect amount although I was too full too eat the scallop. Love the buttered bread slices. Sea bass: Delicious! Rib eye: Great S’mores dessert sounds better than it really was but the ice cream part of it was good.

I ate here with colleagues two weeks ago while in town for business. It was a very interesting location, inside of a hotel and the tables are set up in what looks like a hotel meeting room. It was only my group and another table in there so very quiet, but perfect for us to discuss our day. First of all, we ordered the best wine ever. I wish I could remember what it was. it was a pinot noir of some sort and oh so good. We had some«cowboy» hummus(I think is what it was called) right away. It was super delicious. 3 of us got the wedge salad with fried onions on top. The dressing was stellar. All of us LOVED it. Then our main course came. I got the calamari snitzel. It was really good!!! It was a bit rich though, and couldn’t eat it all. I would definitely eat it again, but may share it with someone else. Another guy got the meatloaf, who said it was amazing, and another got the sweat tea fried chicken(which I want to get next time I’m there because it looked wonderful and he confirmed that it was). We each finished the meal with a desert. I got the s’mores, because s’mores are my favorite food, and I was not disappointed. The other guys loved theirs as well. I will definitely eat here again when I’m in town. Very very very good.

The typical New Year’s restaurant dinner in Little Rock is unimaginative and limited. Table 28 delivered once again. Ample choices in each course, and everyone at our table agreed that it was a fabulous dinner at conclusion. Each dish was perfection. The best fixed price New Year’s meal I’ve ever experienced. I feel that Table 28 is the best restaurant in Little Rock… hands down. The chef is definitely a cut above!

Read through reviews and decided to go to Table 28. We started off with the bone marrow which was great. We both had the New York steak that was cooked to medium rare. It was marinated well enough to where we didn’t need any sauce. Mine was a little more on the well side than the rare side though. My only complaints were the amount of time it took for someone to actually greet us was a little long and also our table was in a dark corner. We loved the guitarist that played an instrumental for a nice ambiance.

This place was great. I had the Kale Caesar salad and it was so good. The croutons had a hint of bacon flavor that paired well with the salad. I also had the Eggplant with Romesco and it really hit the spot! Very flavorful and wonderfully executed. My dining companion had the Pumpkin soup and the Pork Butt and enjoyed both dishes. For dessert with shared a Pumpkin Toffee pudding and it was heavenly. Our server, Alex, was so awesome. Very friendly and helpful without being overbearing. I can’t wait to return!

We were 23 minutes late for our reservations. No problem they had table ready candle lit! Our waiter was knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and funny! The appetizers were so good! I could have ordered every one of them but quail and cheese plate were perfect ! For dinner husband had meatloaf dinner. It was 6 stars! I had salad because my farm table cheese plate was so good I was full! We shared bottle of wine, too full for dessert but because it was our anniversary chef sent out(because our server was so kind) special kit kat dessert! If you live here you’re so lucky to have this gem! If you don’t stay at hotel and enjoy this restaurant it will be the most unexpected gift!

Absolutely first rate! The ambience is classy and calm. The service was attentive and perfect. Our party of four ordered a lot of dishes! We started with shrimp risotto, and quail lollipops. Yumm! Then main dishes were perfectly prepared steak, pork, and meatloaf. And sides of Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, potato au gratin, and spinach. Every taste, every dish, was truly scrumptious! Dessert was a caramel, ice cream, chocolate creation. Again, delicious! What a perfect meal, and reasonably priced for how luxurious and delicious it was! Looking forward to returning to this gem!

My husband and I have been traveling across the U.S. since Jan. This may be our 2nd favorite restaurant(first being Dante’s Fire in Tucson). Scott Rains(of San Francisco and then Hot Springs) has created a masterpiece of a restaurant in Little Rock. The fact that it’s in a Best Western property and just about every customer but my husband and I were local, says a great deal about this restaurant. Sadly, we weren’t very hungry and shared a kale Cesar salad(delicious) and maybe the best burger of the trip! I listened to a waiter describe each dish of the menu to a table of 8 who were sitting near the bar. Had I been at the table I would have just said«you decide because every item sounds fabulous». Finally, since we sat at the bar, a special thanks to Ronnie, who was about the most attentive bartender we’ve met, to say nothing of the mixology skills he brings to Table 28.

I went there on Friday night with my 10 year old and we had the best experience. Our waiter was excellent and was so good with my daughter. He told her whatever you want I will get the chef to make it. He was going to make her a hamburger but she did want something on the menu she got the chicken and waffles on the small plates side and loved it. I got a fried chicken dish recommended by the waiter and it was excellent. We got the s’more bar for desert and loved that as well. My daughter loves going to nice restaurants and I’m sure they don’t see many kids but they made our mommy and daughter night so special and we will be back

Mumsy and I ate here three times in our 5 day stay in Little Rock. The first night, we blew in around 8:45 pm having just spent a day traveling. Ah… my Ketel One martini was a nice welcome, along with the rabbit. Mumsy had scallops, which looked fantastic(she liked it). The rabbit was falling off the bone yummy… I’m salivating just thinking about it… The second time we came, I had the quail lollipops which were delicious albeit a tad salty(I like salt, so no problems there), and the butternut squash ravioli, which was a little too heavy on the burned butter front, but still delicious. My dining companions had the turtle soup(which was more like a sauce and not the consommé type soup), and the calamari appetizer, which was awesome. We shared the S’mores and Sticky Toffee Pudding which were decadent and delicious. The last night we wanted something light so I ordered the grits and the Brussel sprouts(both sides) and Mumsy ordered the arugula salad, which were all amazing… Sigh…I would have tried the Fred Flintstone steak for two if I’d had any takers, the duck and the venison if I had stayed longer, but our time was(mercifully) up and it was time to go home. It was definitely the best restaurant in Little Rock!

A unique experience awaits at Table 28! We began with Quail Lollipops, a delicacy never before experienced. From My colleague’s Tongue and Cheek to my Chicken Waffles, all of our choices satisfied completely. We sampled the Shrimp and Grits, which would do Charleston proud! Each side, and we tried many, had a unique and flavorful presentation. This is a meal you will remember.

When I decided to stay in and order room service I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the fillet with asparagus and Yukon potatoes. I have never had asparagus that had actually been graded and placed into the meat to develop the flavor beyond what is normal asparagus could be. The potatoes were personally cream also settled underneath the steak and the flavors were really developed in them as well. The steak was surprisingly thick and extremely juicy I barely needed the knife to cut it.

We had the quail lollipops which where fantastic. The bone marrow was good, but if your weird about texture you may not like. I thought it was very good and worth a try. Dessert we had the sorbet which was also awesome. Expensive place to eat so don’t let the $$ fool you. I’d say it was more $$$ to $$$$.

I just had another wonderful meal at Table 28! I had the Butcher Steak which is excellent, smaller portion than I expected. The Greatest thing ever are the Brussels! I kid you not! I had never ever even tried Brussel sprouts, and still wouldn’t have if not for the persistent suggestion of my waiter. You’ve just gotta try it you’ll love it! I also had the vanilla bean cheese cake… unreal! They offer a lot of stuff that you won’t see in most restaurants, I’m very intrigued by the possibilities! I’ll be back

1. Mediocre service 2. Mediocre food 3. Boring wine list 4. Somewhat overpriced 5. Pleasant atmosphere The bone marrow was the best I’ve ever had but overall experience was unsatisfactory for a high priced Saturday night dinner…
