I have had food from many mexican food trucks, and this was by far the worst. The food had no flavor, the burrito was $ 6.50 for barbacoa, lettuce, onions, and cilantro. No cheese, no sour cream, and it was smaller than any burrito from Taco Bell. We also tried the tacos, and I have never seen a tortilla the size of a silver dollar until this one. Also didn’t have any flavor, only onions and cilantro and meat. We will not be returning to this place, $ 21 for lunch, and it felt like an appetizer.

I’ve had much better. We had the steak, chicken, chorizo & pastor. Everything tasted identical. I’ve never seen tacos that small. The tacos are not street tacos(double tortillas) No presentation whatsoever, especially for spending $ 18. It was just thrown together. I was quite disappointed.

Because of the great reviews I decided to have lunch here. I ordered 2 steak tacos and 1 tamale for just under $ 5. The price sounded great until I saw the size of the tacos. .. They were the smallest tacos I’ve ever seen, no bigger than the size of my finger! They tasted«just ok», the meat was tough, fatty and over salted — came with onions and cilantro, VERY dry. And the tiny tamale was all dry masa and very little filling. My advice is to stay away because there is much better Mexican food within a very short distance.

Best taco truck around! Hard to believe such amazingly fresh food comes from a small truck, but believe it! The chicken quesadillas are my fav, although all the tacos I’ve had are excellent, too. The sauces that come with each item compliment them perfectly and taste extremely fresh, too.

Known to just about everyone as «the taco truck,» Taqueria Jalisco San Juan serves up some really delicious authentic Mexican street food. It’s conveniently located in the parking lot of Colonial Wine and Spirits, a rather awesome liquor store with an amazing selection. In short, anything you order at the taco truck is going to be exceptionally good. Overall, I put it on par with Del Campo a la Ciudad in terms of food quality. that is to say, it will rock your world. My personal favorite are the tamales which they almost always have — not something many authentic Mexican places can boast. Their bisteck(steak) is also not to be missed. They also have the best al pastor in town, though I admit I prefer Del Campo overall by the slimmest of margins. That said, the food easily deserves a solid 5 stars. My only complaint about the food is that the tacos are noticeably smaller than those you can find elsewhere for the same price. Be warned: they only take cash.
