Listen up, Texans! Don’t attempt to buy wine on a Sunday in Arkansas. Not just after 1pm but it’s not allowed period. The polite employee, with the southern accent said, «I’m sorry ma’am, you can’t buy alcohol on Sundays.» My response was, «Ummm… At all?» He said, «No alcohol is sold on Sundays.» What is this, Footloose? Do I dare bust the robot?
That’s one of the few things I miss about California… being about to buy booze whenever I felt like it. Not having to wait off to the side at Target, waiting for the minutes to pass until hitting 1pm.
Good news is, they have the good Hostess powered donuts and Good to Grow juice. The only things my children will eat on road trips. Hallelujah!

Do not go to this pharmacy!!! My doctor sent a prescription electronically and I actually waited a couple of hours. Then, after waiting in line for 15 minutes, I ask for my prescription. I’m told that it is being processed. After sitting around for another 15 minutes, a lady asks me the name on my prescription. She checks and again says «it’s being processed». After waiting another 15 minutes, I go up and ask about it. Now she says that they are out of the med and can order it for delivery the next day. I say okay and then she says that it will be there in «a couple of days». If I wasn’t saved, I would have jumped over the counter and choked somebody… lol.
Seriously, beware of this pharmacy!!!

It was 1am and needed water and snacks. For a sleepy town, we noticed some creepy people lingering in the parking lot.
Since there weren’t any fast food places open we opted to buy a gallon of water, cup-​o-​noodles and some pasta.
We presented to the counter and the employees were super nice. One of the items purchased rang up incorrectly and we questioned it. The manager had to walk over to the signage to verify our account, and the employee overrode the transaction.
Great that they’re open 24 – 7, not so great for their system not recognizing advertised prices…

Avoid this and ALL WalGreens! Prescriptions generally take an hour or more! Save time and use WalMart or Kroger pharmacy. One bright spot are their closeout sales.
