A Master’s Hands was pleasant to deal with. Our contractor John was very knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. Everything was done in a timely matter just as we discussed. He was professional and kept updated on everything that was going on as he made progress with the work. We will use him again in the future!

Long story short, the very small amount of work we hired them for took over 3 months to «complete» and 3 of the 6 things we hired them for still aren’t done correctly. After they initially «fixed» our issues (grout in the bathtub, replace one ceramic tile in entryway, install 3 transition strips from tile to carpet and rescreen our windows) I called after receiving the invoice to have them come back out and redo the work. This rescheduling took forever and then when they finally showed up to do the work it was still subpar. These weren’t hard tasks so I can’t imagine the quality of work they would do on a more in-depth project.
