Ancient Art Health Center

I went to Ancient Art Healing Center partially because. I know Dr. Elizabeth personally and also because she finally talked me into it. About once a month, I have sciatic pain that runs down my right leg. They not only do acupuncture but they also use holistic medicines too. This is only my first time here so I hope this works. But all of the doctors are nice and friendly.

After taking all kinds of medication for stomach acid problems, Ruth got to the core of the problem (something western medicine doesn’t seem to want to do). My problem was multiple allergies to food and over a span of time I was able to go back to gluten with no problems. It’s really nice to get back to a healthy place the right way.
My son also went for migraines after refusing to take a heavy medication offered by his doctor. When he sees Ruth at ancient art, his pains is very much minimized and less frequent.

This has to be one of my favorite places in Old Littleton. There just aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful everyone is! I am a frequent visitor of Dr. Elizabeth for chiropractic reasons, and I also see Trish for Body Talk sessions. Many members of my family have sessions here too, and we all will continue to go! I highly recommend anyone at this facility; the atmosphere is perfect for the type of work they do here. Love it!

I do not have enough good things to say about this place. I was in a car accident a month and a half ago and wanted to find somewhere that could help me heal, somewhere with a heart for holistic medicine. They got me in the day after my accident to start doing work on my back neck and shoulders. I have been doing a mix of chiropractic work with Dr. Derrin, massage therapy with Lorin, and accupuncture with Mark. They are all fantastic. If you are reading this and looking for people who actually care about your body and health, come here. The atmosphere is professional as well as kind, the receptionists get to know you and are flexible with scheduling, all three practitioners are always on time and familiar with my case. I recently took my sister-​in-​law to Ancient Art Healing to see one of their many wonderful therapist (healer), Mark Castello, to try a new technique to stop smoking using Acupuncture and Low Level Lasers. My dental hygienist at Dr. Theobald’s office referred me to Mark and told me how her husband quit chewing tobacco the first visit. The Ancient Art Healing center is located in downtown Littleton on main street. I love the way this office feels when you walk in, the decore was calming earth tones of tan brown, with exposed brick walls. There are two floors d treatment rooms. This offoce has many types of professionals including: Acupuncturists, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, and other experts in Herbal Medicine, Holistic Nutritionist, Naturopathy specialists. Quitting smoking is the hardest thing to do for some people! I hope my sister-​in-​law sticks with it! Another reason why we chose Mark’s laser quit smoking is the free follow up treatments!
