DONOTRECOMMEND, HORRIBLEEXPERIENCE. First I went in and asked for an acrylic fill, she then removed all of my acrylics which I had gotten not 10 days ago, she repeatedly yelled at me to relax my hands, which my hand was limp, relaxed. She continually slapped my hand trying to get me to move my arm. I could not understand her because she didn’t know english. When it came time to pay I had out 220 $‘s she ripped them out of my hand, I took them back calmly and inquired about a 33% discount I saw online, she said«I gave it to you already they’re normally 35 $» WHICHISNOTTRUE according to the website a full set of acrylics is 30% so I still should have gotten 9.9 $ off! Anyway I then said I wanted to pay with a card she acted disrupted and disgruntled. I reached very CAREFULLY into my purse to get my card which was rested on top, when she screeched at me and grabbed my arm. She then TOOK my purse OUTOFMYHAND and began rummaging through it. I grabbed it back and said«I can get it myself» She then callously grabbed my arm and led me to the chair where I would dry my nails. She walked away and started insolently gossiping with her co-worker. Saying I am unsatisfied is a vast understatement.

I have been here 4 times for manicures and like any place– the experience depends on which person you get. When they first opened I had a terrible manicure but that gal is not there anymore… The next few were fine but one of the ladies seemed angry and was a bit” rough around the edges”. A couple of times workers seemed to be yelling at each other? The space is large, clean and has easy parking with Dunkin Donuts just past it and Donelans next door. It’s nice that Littleton has a place now and will use them when in the area.

I always like to start off with the good. I would like to say this is probably the cleanest nail salon in the area. Now that said I probably had the worst salon experience of my life. My manicurist started my adventure with a scalding hot cauldren for my pedicure when I told her the water was too hot she man handled my feet then put old hot in it. I did not get the nice relaxing spa experience I paid for., I got a rushed uninterested and uncaring individual. I am not a picky person I appreciate anyone who works in the service industry. I asked for the toe separators and was told no we are out of them but the other women next to me got. My manicure was rushed my hands were covered with nail polished! It looked like I did them by myself half drunk. I had to ask another woman in the salon to remove polished. When I brought to the attention of the owner she offered me the solution of next I come in to ask for another woman when come in. I don’t think that will happen.

I found this nail salon on Unilocal and went there because of the positive reviews. I did not, however, have a great experience. First, I will share the strengths of this spot – it was easy to locate, with great parking right off the main road, and the salon was clean. Plus they had a HUGE selection of polishes. I called a few minutes before I arrived and they had someone available to do a gel manicure. I imagine that I may have had a better experience if I had been seen by someone else, but Kim did my manicure. She was pushy and quick and sloppy. She handled my fingers in such an aggressive way and was talking loudly in Vietnamese to other coworkers the whole time. I asked her to keep them short and she cut them much shorter than I would have wanted, without even asking me about the actual length. She was done in 25 minutes and left me with gel all over my cuticles. I pointed it out and she then took the clippers out and started to clip the skin around my nails. I walked out with the worst manicure of my life.

Made an appointment(same day) for mani/pedi and ended up getting eyebrows done while I was there. They took me right away and my mani/pedi came out beautifully and a week later I have a very minor chip in 1 nail which is pretty awesome. The owner is sweet and offers a rewards card and asks if you were happy with your experience and for your returning business– I respect that! I will totally be back. As a side note, do yourself a favor of grabbing a coffee up the street @ Gourmet Donuts and enjoy that while enjoying your pampering sesh!

If you’re looking for professional services in a modern, tranquil, upscale salon without paying astronomical prices, this is the salon for you. Bubbles and Polish Nails and Day Spa offers a variety of services in a pristine, sterile environment. All of the staff are friendly and do meticulous work. Lynn(the owner) is personable, accommodating(will come in early or stay late if it pleases one of her clients) and does meticulous work. Her prices are lower than most salons in the area and the service far exceeds service I’ve received elsewhere. She has hundreds of nail polishes to choose from. All the seasons latest colors. I highly recommend visiting!
