OMG… a total nightmare with this company! I am in tears from the damage they did to our furniture! Aaron, the owner, sent out two inexperienced ‘teen’ workers to unload all our furniture out of a 26 foot uhaul and 6 foot trailer. They obviously did not know anything about how to unload and load a storage unit! We had to leave for an hour or so, and came back to see pieces of our furniture destroyed from heavier furniture placed on top of it! We could not believe the awful job! They were treating our goods like trash, and throwing everything into the storage without even covering our wood tables or lining boxes up. We had hired them for 3 hours, and when we got back, right before we noticed the damage and mickey mouse way they were storing our treasured items, one of the young workers spoke up and told us it would take over 4 hours to do the job. When we stepped into the storage unit and saw the damage and mess, we were shocked, and called Aaron. He did NOTHING, and refused to drive out and view the mess or compensate us! He showed absolutely no concern for what happened. We had just driven cross country and the previous movers we hired at the origination of our move did an excellent job and covered everything. Elevation Moving destroyed in one hour what these other professionals did with our furniture. All Aaron said to me was, «I am sorry you feel this way.» After I am beside myself over the damage, this is the response I get. Then he tried to blame the movers who loaded our stuff in the uhaul at our origination location. But, that mover had taken pictures of the truck during and after it was loaded, and they did such an awesome job, and really cared about our stuff. Aaron is trying to get out of taking responsibility for the incompetence of his employees, and for being a moving company, he should know how important it is that his client’s items and furniture is handled safely and properly. I am now in the process of contacting my lawyer to sue them for the damages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had to hire another company to come clean up the mess and store our stuff… and they did it all in 3 hours, and they covered all of our tables and it was done perfectly. They even told us Elevation Moving did not know what they were doing. Maybe Aaron knows how to move, but he did not do our job, and sent two guys who knew NOTHING about moving and storing valuables, and these guys had no respect for our goods. It was a total nightmare and a costly one for us.

I filled out their detailed request for quote information and didn’t hear back for a couple days… so then I called to follow up, left a voicemail, never heard back. If you’re too busy, at least have the decency to respond and say you can’t take on new clients at this time.

Aaron and Ian showed up on time, moved the contents of a 24′ moving truck into storage in an hour, and did not make fun of our lack of packing skills/​organization/​strange items.
They were super– nice and friendly, but most importantly, careful with our junk and organized to make everything fit into our storage unit.
I couldn’t say enough good things about them… Needless to say, I would recommend them in a heartbeat and will in fact be rehiring them to relocate our stuff again within the next month.
