Express

I love express. I’m an a– list member. But today was not a great day. It was 40% off each item. Well I had a $ 15 reward. And additional 10% off that. I got a leather jacket n some ankle boots totaling to 98 bucks right. Well the register chick. I think she was Indian. She was really rude n I felt belittled. Felt like she didn’t want to give me the Discounts if it were up to her. She said annoyingly yea u do have 15 dollars in rewards. Basically u shud b happy for ur customers that r saving money. Instead of putting them down n making them feel like they have to do extra work on the register. Also messy store. My lord…

I’ve shopped at Express for years and — for the most part — love it! Most of their clothes are «my» style and are affordable (some a bit too pricey.) I’ve never had an article of Express clothing tear or wear out. They offer great coupon deals that I take advantage of frequently. In fact, I usually wait to do my shopping until I have a coupon. The offer Express Cash, which is also a great deal (usually $ 25 off a $ 50 purchase.)
The only downsides are that they don’t offer much difference in style — mostly the same shirt in 20 different colors. Their accessories, though often on sale, are way over-​priced. I rarely buy them.
Customer service at this location is pretty good, although the lines are sometimes too long without enough cashiers. Otherwise, never a bad experience.
