Merrell makes some great shoes. My favorite shoes, actually. When we saw the Merrell store, I was stoked.
Except it wasn’t awesome. Considering that this is a brand store, that shoes are what they do… They really didn’t have a huge selection. Perhaps 8 – 10 different styles for women, each in one color. The guy working was as helpful as he could be, but they just didn’t have anything I was interested in shoe wise. The guy working was super well informed though, and I did watch him help another customer with shoes to help a specific problem. That’s always a great thing to find in a store, so this place is worh visiting if you’re looking for help in this way.

I’ve loved Merrell since before I knew how popular they were in Colorado. So when I moved here from the East Coast and realized there was a Merrell store literally down the street from me, you can imagine my excitement. The people who work there are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the footwear. I must say, going into that store really brightens my day! The atmosphere is fun, upbeat, and positive. They don’t always have my size but they offer to order it and have it sent to my house when the need arises. Their return policy is very gracious also. I’m more impressed with the store itself than I ever was from just buying them online.

I absolutely love Merrell’s shoes, jackets, and all of their outdoor gear in general. This was my first time at a Merrell store and it was neat to check the store out. I’ve only bought their gear from REI and from their website. I really like Merrell because they are relatively affordable for high-quality outdoor gear. If you get anything from them, expect your gear to last a very long time! The Denver area is so lucky to have a Merrell store!
