Did not get authorization to do work. Insisted after the fact that fireplace needed to be cleaned and dissmanteled to determine issue. Harassed me constantly via phone and letters to pay for cleaning ($ 149.00) even though I paid with in 30 days. With their desperation to get $ 149 in less than 30 days, I can only surmise that the company is having $ issues. Something is not right here.
