Recently shopped around for new windows for a rental property and was disappointed by the lack of effort and professionalism I came across with several local window outfits. So, I called Gravina’s Window Center of Littleton, and am happy to say I now know who to call for windows. Awesome job all around. Window prices and quality were above my expectations. Stuck to their quote which was much better than I expected and the installation was perfect. Follow up was very professional as well. Highly recommended! What a terrific experience! We have used Gravina’s twice before and have each time enjoyed exceptional satisfaction. This time was no different. The project took about a week to complete. Jim (the owner) stopped by four times to check the progress. The install team (Mike, Beau and Alex) were professional, courteous and committed to doing the job perfectly. We are thrilled with all aspects of this project. The Marvin Infinity windows are superior, the framing solid, external and internal finishes look really fantastic. Mike recommended a slightly different internal window framing approach that gives a set of three vertically stacked windows a very classy look. Beau’s drywall work blended perfectly with the existing drywall and texture. Alex’s work on the exterior siding is perfect. The team was light-​hearted and worked very well together. They were very easy to work with, fully responding to any questions we had about the job. This is a top notch outfit. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gravina’s Window Center for your window project.

Excellent, professional service while installing the new Marvin windows!

The owner and his son arrived 30 minutes late to our appointment with no explanation or apology. There were no smiles nor small talk. They sat with their laptops and gave me a price. There was no talk about the benefits of their doors nor was I given any alternatives. Just the price. Not a smile nor a question about what my needs were. When I asked what happened to the friendly young man Tony that I had made the appointment with, I was told «he had an appointment». Well yes he did. With me. So how did I get stuck with these two unfriendly salespeople? The tension in the room was palpable. I felt that they were just glaring at me. I was so uncomfortable with their attitudes that I requested that they leave.

I like the windows but this company acts in a very unprofessional manner. They did not explain how it would work if the windows or doors weren’t quite the same size as the old ones. As a result, some windows have an extra inch of plastic trim around the windows and some don’t. Not uniform at all!
After the first day when I noticed the wood trim didn’t meet the windows, I specifically asked if they’d remove the trim and make it meet the window. They said yest. They didn’t say they just use a cheap plastic filler type of trim between the window and trim. When I point this out, they just state that’s how it’s done. Had they communicated this to me, I would’ve bought all new wood trim around my windows. There’s only about six windows out of 17 that need attention and they refuse to re-​do it.
Secondly, their workmanship is poor. They didn’t countersink the nails so when I go to paint, either I will need to tap them in deeper or have a round nail head showing. Also, they didn’t do the flashing correctly. Nor did they caulk around the trim they did put on. So unless they is done– water damage!
The brothers, Larry and Mike, are very rude and condescending about my concerns and basically said «they’re done».
I would warn anyone against working with this unprofessional company. they cut corners in order to save money and do nothing to ensure the customer’s satisfaction.
The one star it got was for the windows themselves. Gravina deserves no stars!

Gravina’s Window Center is the best! Over the past 5 years, we have used them to replace most of the windows in our home with the Marvin Infinity Ultrex. We LOVE these fiberglass — frame windows, and Gravina’s installation is professional, attractive, and top quality! And they clean up after themselves! These windows have made a huge difference in the interior comfort of our home, and they stand up to the extreme weather we experience in the foothills. Jim and Mike Gravina provide complete information about the windows so that you can make an informed decision and come to your home to take accurate measurements so that the windows fit when installed. We have only had minor manufacturer issues, but when we do, Gravina’s handles them promptly and with no hassle. When we are ready to replace the basement windows, we will definitely call Gravina’s Window Center again!

We have used Gravina’s Window Center on two separate occasions over the past two years to install Infinity window replacements and could not be more pleased with the professional installation, attention to detail and high quality of workmanship. We also have confidence in dealing with a family owned company where we can speak directly with the president, Jim Gravina. Gravina’s is not a franchise so they are heavily invested in their reputation. We would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends.

Very happy with my new windows! Jim & Mike provided me with all the info I needed to make an informed decision. I’ve learned a lot about windows! Because windows are such an investment, I had about 4 different quotes, but went with Gravina’s over Champion, Sears, etc. They weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive, but the price was very reasonable, they had the best reviews, the best warranty, the brand of windows they used had very good reviews, and they’ve been around for almost 40 years. The installers were efficient and did a great job, and cleaned up their mess when they left. They even drained my window a/​c unit and put it away for me. Thanks Gravina’s — my house looks SOOOO much better now!

Great people to work with. We recently did a full frame replacement of all the windows in our home with Infinity from Marvin Ultrex Fiberglass windows. The windows are wonderful, the installation was efficient and well done and the final finish (stained) was nicely done. Can not recommend Gravina’s enough. They replaced all the windows in our home. Easy to work with, priced competitively and the quality of their installation was fantastic. The workers installed the windows quickly and cleaned up any mess left behind so other than beautiful new windows you couldn’t even tell that they had been there.
