Highlands Ranch Nails

I absolutely LOVE this place! I come in weekly for mani/​pedis and I leave happy each time!!! They are affordable, flexible with my schedule, and so nice! I highly recommend them!!!

DON’T GO HERE!
The first time was fine and I thought I had found a hidden, inexpensive gem; was I ever wrong! I went back for my second mani-​pedi and it was a nightmare!
The Asian woman’s lack of skills in the English language didn’t help the matter as evidenced by my asking her to be gentler while rubbing my legs (which now have bruises).
My manicure… horrendous. I had nail strengthener on. Instead of taking the time to rub it off with polish remover, she chiseled away at it with a sharp instrument, permanently damaging my nails! I left $ 30 poorer, legs brushed, cuticles bleeding, and my nails damaged.
I don’t complain much, but I asked to speak to the owner, who apologized and said to ask for him next time. I’m sorry, there won’t be a next time! Beware. you get what you pay for!

Worst shellac manicure I’ve ever had! I have shellac under my nails on my cuticles, and my nails are bumpy and all jagged. Went back to have them fix the couple worst nails now the shellac is so thick it looks like I have artificial nails on. He also rounded my nails leaving them when I asked for square leaving them uneven. Only thing this place has going for it I the 30% off services.

I have been a customer of Highlands Ranch Nails for over 5 years. Lee used to do my nails, and now Ben does them. I have been very happy with both. The rates for their services are very good, and the quality of the work is wonderful, every time. If you are looking for a nail salon that will take good care of you, try Highlands Ranch Nails. I am very happy with their services.

Ben and his staff are awesome. I would highly recommend HR nails. I was concerned when the shop changed hands, but I am very pleased with the changes! Fabulous nails and the pedicures with sanitary liners for each customer are luxurious and relaxing. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

wow, what a horrible experience. i had a basic manicure that took 1 hour. ridiculous. like another reviewer, my cuticles are bleeding as well. on 3 different nails. and the fingers that are not bleeding feel raw. please save yourself a really bad experience and don’t go here.

Ben was wonderful and made my toes vacation ready! This was my first visit but surely won’t be my last!

Not the same without Lee. She was the best and managed the place well. Now there is limited staff and limited talent. Not going back. Need to find Lee.

I’ve been coming here for 10 months and love the ladies and men that do my toes and fingernails. They are always friendly and easy to talk to and do a wonderful job.

I came in here a few weeks ago. For $ 30 for a mani/​pedi, I was happy with the results!
Everyone was extremely nice. They took care of my dry skin and did a great paint job. My polish lasted over a week — very exciting! They were also quick and efficient. A nail tech started my manicure while my pedicure was going on.
I was definitely happy with this place.

I took my daughters here for pre-​vacation mani/​pedi treats, man did that back fire on me! First, they charged me double what I have paid at other nail places in HR for my younger two just to get their nails painted with a design. Secondly, the woman cut my oldest daughter’s cuticles so short she bled for a good portion of the pedicure. Third, the man who did my pedicure cut the side of my foot with his micro plane then proceeded to cut off the skin that was hanging from the cut he caused. I will never, ever return to HR Nails. It would be one thing if the quality matched the price but it’s not the case with this salon.

They were very nice, but I went to get a set of pink and whites and explained that I wanted a very thin line of the white not a big chunk of white on the tip. What did I get? At least half was white. WTF? As she was doing it I reminded her I only wanted a tiny bit of white at the tip not the whole thing. I even told her when we started it that I wanted it like hers. A very thin line. «Oh Opps! Sorry.» I get that she may not understand english very well, but there were plenty in there that did. So ask them what I am saying.

What I like is that I can always get in spur of the moment which is the way I do my nails. They will also gladly repair any mistakes !
