Horrible service. Did not even acknowledge our party for the first 5 minutes, then rudely yelled to sit down. Not attentive at all. Served take out customers that came after us first. Food was on par with service. Flavorless broth, and the smallest phở portion I’ve ever seen. I’m honestly shocked that this place has gotten such high reviews and I’m pretty easy going with food. A lot of the reviews I’ve seen reflect poor service and mediocre food, so I can’t believe people saying this is great. Being in the highlands ranch suburb, I’ll just assume many people living here haven’t had a chance to eat at the better Vietnamese restaurants in Denver, and in particular, on federal.

Small portions for phở noodles. Expensive… $ 9.25 for«large». Tasted bad. The Thai Iced Tea was bland. Friendly service. Ok egg rolls.

Good Phở. Small family run place in a strip mall. Friendly and convenient for take out.

I have been to a lot of Phở restaurants and usually a small bowl is a big portion… This place on the other hand is a joke! I ordered a large bowl and it looked like a kids size and on top of that it was $ 10.00. Phở is meant to be steaming hot and mine was cold. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Good food poor service. The ladies that work at this place always appear angry and unappreciative of the business.

Phở is good. It is really overpriced and they barely fill up the bowls. A small is something like $ 8.50 and the portion was very little.

One of our go to places when we have a craving for Vietnamese food that’s close to home, so we’ve eaten here many times. Service is good. Food is tasty and reasonably priced.

Best vietnamese in Denver hands down!!! Won’t eat anywhere else!!! Have been too many different Vietnamese restaurants around the country and this is the best place ever.

Decent Vietnamese restaurant. I had a cold so I really couldn’t taste much. It did seem kind of expensive for what it was though. I’ve had better and worse Vietnamese food.

I ordered from here during the summer and I thought the food tasted good and I received good portions. However, I have completely changed my mind after my experience last night/today. Last night, I ordered take-out for my family of 4 and the portions were so tiny. Like there were basically 8 – 10 extremely thin strips of meat on each dish(and a disproportional amount of rice/noodles) and no one in my family was satisfied. It appears to me and my family that we were given the scraps that were leftover from the day. I immediately called to voice my concerns, but the business had already closed for the night. This morning, I called again to talk about my dissatisfaction and I spoke to a woman who claimed to be the manager and the owner of the business. I have never encountered such a rude and unprofessional person. After I told her about the sub-par portions, she spent 10 minutes talking over me claiming that those were the regular portions and she never once apologized or expressed regret over my entire family not liking the food(despite us being familiar with Vietnamese cuisine). Then when I told her that I had been there before and I was the one who had told my family to pick 123 Phở over a great Vietnamese restaurant in SouthGlenn, she told me that the rent is high in Highlands Ranch and if I didn’t like the portions, I should go to Southglenn for my food. This restaurant is less than 10 minutes from my home, but I would rather drive triple the time if it means that I don’t give 123 Phở a cent of my money. TL;DR Tiny portions, atrocious customer service, avoid at all costs.

It was okay. Small facility and a screaming baby was there with a careless inattentive housewife and it was too close for comfort of my ears, given the size of the place. The small shrimp phở was okay, pretty small for a small compared to other phở joints, but it got the job done.

My first experience here. I thought the phở was good but nothing special and a bit over priced. Other phở places I have gone have had more meat as well. My kids both get phở and they said they preferred the other places we visit in Castle Rock and off Arapahoe more. My wife thought the vegetarian spring rolls were not up to par to the other two places as well. Overall good, but not great and I will be driving a bit further to hit our other favorites next time.

My go to place for phở in highlands ranch. Big portions, even if you take it to go. Can only speak to the phở here which is very tasty. They offer vegetarian broth as well. They are a little on the pricey side. 4 for my family runs just under $ 50, so it’s not something we can do every day, but when we are craving it 123 Phở is the place we go to.

Used to love it but the service tonight was terrible, the waitress made it seem like we were bothering her for coming in. Ordered spring rolls that never came. We are finding a new Phở in HR

Today is the second time I’ve eaten at this restaurant this week after discovering it yesterday. I’ve never eaten phở before and I couldn’t have picked a better restaurant to start at. The portions are huge and the food is delicious, what more could you ask for? I also tried the coconut fruit smoothie and was blown away by the flavor and overall quality of the entire dining experience.

Had a large phở tai and a café sua da, wonderful and tasty. It is right up there with all my favorite phở from the silicon valley. Fast, hot, and yummy.

Food here was actually really great! I ordered the combination rice plate and it was delicious. My friend enjoyed her phở too. What was terrible here was the service, there was no one to seat us — we had to go up to the counter to ask. Then the lady just told us to sit at a corner and she rudely gave us the menus, with no greeting. We ordered and the food came out pretty quick — there were no refills on our water and worst of all someone kept coming to our table to ask if we were done! The place was almost empty and it was not even closing time — so rude! Again, the food was really good, but the service really annoyed me.

This is my favorite Phở stop. It has delicious broth, generous sized portions and good value pricing. On top of that it is a nice restaurant — clean and nicely decorated unlike other phở places(yes, I’m looking at you Phở Saigon!) Service is super quick, friendly and family run. Go there, now!
