Customer service gets a zero. The last time I was in was several months ago and the young lady really couldn’t be bothered to stop her other work and offer help. I order intimates online and will continue to go to Macy’s. I don’t care what I pay I care how I look and when I need assistance I don’t need attitude.

The selection is decent, but the staff is somewhat unfriendly and unhelpful. I prefer the LB in Belmar, Aurora or Northfield (least selection). The staff there is friendly and doesn’t leave you alone when you’re in obvious need of assistance.

The staff is overly very friendly and helpful. I like being helped when I ask questions but it usually ends up feeling more like I’m being stalked (at any location). I tend to buy things off their seasonal clearance rack because its much more reasonable in cost. The selection is alright but I feel like things should be more trendy for their prices and more flattering when being worn.
