McDonald’s

Okay I usually don’t post things unless I see something that’s really bad and today I saw some really bad leadership a girl was yelling and belittling a kid named Jesus in front of customers, the food was undercooked and took forever not to mention a language barrier and I don’t speak Spanish.

I wouldn’t normally post a review for a fast food restaurant, but I feel like something needs to be said. While I was here, the manager was sitting with an employee in the main dining room having a discussion. They were speaking in Spanish, but it was very obvious that he was disciplining her and started to raise his voice at her. The employee sat quietly, obviously holding back tears. If a manager is going to have a heated discussion he needs to at least have the decency to do so in private, and not where everyone can see them. This poor girl was clearly humiliated and embarrassed and the customers were put in a very awkward position. Shame on the manager of this location for doing what he did.

It’s a pretty typical McDonald’s. The food was good and the service was good, so I would go back if I was looking for fast food again.

I ordered three triple cheese with no bun, no ketchup, and no mustard. I asked to substitute for Mac sauce. «No we have to charge you for it» I have order the same in many McDonald’s and rarely do I have to pay $ 0.50 extra for each hamburger. In retaliation I asked for the included items on the side! Im just going to trash them.
The one star were for the crew who prepared my triples in orderly good fashion. But with an anger I couldn’t enjoy my meal.

I stopped going to McDonald’s, not because of the crappy food they serve, but because they NEVER get an order correct and I don’t speak Spanish to ensure that they could get it right.
Also, lunch is not the time to train a new csshier

My favorite McDonald’s in Littleton. It is more of a neighborhood place with a friendly staff. The food is what you expect at any McD’s in the world. Just has a more family feel to it. I have breakfast there once a week and there is a regular crowd that are friendly to each other. If you a going to eat fast food this place is better than most.

Worst McDonalds on the planet! Everytime I’ve gone through which is many everything is been messed up. I called once and complained and they said that they would give me a free meal and put my name on the list. I got there ordered my food gave them my name they said and I quote ain’t got your name on the list. I don’t think I’m ever going back!

If any of you read reviews DO NOT go to this location the service is horrible! They always get your order wrong the food is always cold they actually give you food thats been sitting there !!. Fries are always saggy or hard the management sucks! And at night they take forever for a simple order !! Simply the worst mcdonalds ive been to.

These employees are always happy and smiling and doing a very good job to get the food out fast and hot and ready! I never have an issue when I go there. The new remodel makes their restaurant look pretty fancy!

2 medium iced coffees is all we wanted. We ordered at the drive-​thru. They told us they were out of coffee so we had to park and come in. A few different employees asked us what we ordered. The first tried to serve us hot coffee even though we must’ve said iced 5 times. Come here to pay $ 1 for coffee, but prepared to sacrifice your time! The last guy to help us was very kind though, hence the 2 stars.
Btw there is so much cream in these coffees they are practically white! But maybe it’s a Colorado thing. We are from New England, where that much cream and sugar is not standard.

This McDonad’s just got a remodel and it sure looks good. Unfortunately when you find a long black hair in your Big Mac, no matter how sanitary the building looks it’s not!
